The service and rooms are excellent. The bed is large for a dormitory. They also provide a delicious and filling breakfast. If you want to rent a motorbike or buy a bus ticket, you can ask the host, and they can offer an affordable price. The host is very helpful and kind. The hostel also has a restaurant area where all the food is delicious. I highly recommend staying there!

The family here was extremely accommodating. The receptionist was messaging before we arrived and asked for our arrival time, our plans, and suggestions for things to do! Our washing was done quickly, and they also made a bike for us. Breakfast was excellent, and while we were waiting for our bus when we checked out, we were given complimentary beverages and, of course, a complimentary elevator from the lady into town, which she didn't have to pay for! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We felt at home, from the staff to the boss are very friendly and kind. They treated us warmly from the moment we arrived until we left. Good breakfast with food and drink is enough for us. The location is convenient to explore the tourist attractions in nine bins as a bonus. Clean and large room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, hot water, fridge, kettle, wardrobe, hair dryer. Very value for money to stay.

We will be back here again. The owner is so friendly and generous. The lake where lotsus flowers are planted in the summer is surrounded by green trees and the room is perfect. The room was spacious, tidy, and totally equipped. Breakfast was free and enough for us.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, they are a small family-run hotel with great staff who will provide anything you need. When I arrived, they ask me if I need laundry, which I did as it was cheap. All of them came back fresh smelling and folded almost. They provide free bicycles for use. The pool area is nice and clean as is my room. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist talked about our plans and time of arrival while we were waiting for the bus to leave, and they even arranged for a bike for us. I appreciate you taking such good care of us. The family here was really accommodating. The receptionist called the woman before we arrived, requesting time of arrival, what our plans were, and suggestions for things to do. They also cleaned our laundry so swiftly. Breakfast was wonderful, and as we waited for the bus when we were leaving, we were given free refreshments and a free lift into town from the lady, which she didn't have to do.

The hotel is small and runs by a family. They were kind and helpful. The pool was nice and clean as was my room. When we arrived, they asked if we needed laundry, which we did and it was really cheap too. Everyone woke up fresh and folded almost. They provide bikes for free to use. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful homestay with lovely hosts. When I was sick, they were so attentive and caring and let us stay in our room past check-out. The little village is really modern, and the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a balcony and deck chairs to unwind in. When we were here, we had our laundry done at a really fair price, and it came back the next day. It is just a short cycle into the city and other nearby attractions that you can rent bikes for free. A beautiful pool that is well-kept and looks very inviting, although it was a little too chilly to swim there while we were there.

We travelled from Hani by limousine bus, and they dropped us off at this homestay. This place is very easy to find and very convenient to visit around. Only about 2 am to call a boat station, and 1 am to mum cave. Luckily they have free rental bikes. We had a wonderful time here!

Owner of the ruby guesthouse is very welcoming and warmth. He can not speak english but he always try the best to tell us and advise us when to go where to go to get better experience. The homestay is very sweet, the room is spacious . If i have a chance to go to this Ninh Binh i will surely stay here again.

It was great homestay with super strategic location nearby Tam Coc river boat trip pier. Breakfast menu also good. Reasonable price and friendly owner. Rent motorbike also available at the homestay. Have a little problem when I checked in, Owner was not found my booking id, but its smoothly done after long explaination n prove. Booking system must be well integrated and improved to assist and smoothen check in process. Worth it homestay overall. Good job.
