Love this hotel chain. We have stayed at a few of their different hotels in this area. It’s centrally locates, very clean, quiet neighborhood, and an awesome staff.

The location is close to the subway, shopping district, and the Costanera center. The rooms were so spacious. There is a balcony with a wonderful view of the entire city. And the kitchen was nice with a spacious living room and bedroom.

For October 2016 my company gave me a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment has a long balcony that views the Andes and east from the fifth story and is located halfway between the Tobalaba and El Golf metro stops, about a ten minute walk from the constanera center mall, and on the edge of the highend Las Codes shopping and restaurant district. My apartment, which is on the ground floor and has a great view, including the Andes, is incredibly stunning. The units are of a reasonable size and come with a compact kitchen, two balconies, two tes, lots of closet space, a safe, a heater and air conditioning unit, a living room with a dining table, and, of course, a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartments appear to be the oldest of the four buildings in this immediate vicinity, but they are in excellent condition. The concierge is present in this structure, but the main counter is 100 meters away. The employees there speak English and have been very useful. A full breakfast is served in a third building, the agendas hotel, about 100 meters away. Sunday morning is optional, and laundry services are available for a fee. Although the complex does have a pool and sauna in one of the other buildings, my only complaint is that they are not accessible to apartment dwellers. The staff has been extremely careful

I really love the hotel in a strategic location between 2 Metro stations. The view from the south side of the building is very good. This place also has a very good location.

You check in at one building then stay at another and then enjoy breakfast or dinner or both at one of these great residential areas.

I stayed there because they offered a discount for my company 86 us dollars per night. Even though the price is the lowest in the area, I cannot say it was an experience I would recommend. Also, the location is excellent, very quiet area minus cleaning and lack of basic maintenance The room was very small but ok for 1 or 2 people to stay. The worst is clearly the lack of basic cleaning and maintenance in the apartments. You clearly understood that they don't care much about these apartments. Also, check-in is in a different apartment 50 meters away, and breakfast is also in another restaurant also 50 meters away.
