The apartment was clean and tidy, well-stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay. The air con worked perfectly, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was perfect. The apartment is small but comfortable - and most of all clean. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the mountains and had 2 chairs, a sun lounger and a small table. There was even a clothes rack to hang out towels to air dry. There is a private pool shared between the apartments on site with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. The pool is clean and tidy - but cold! Its a well-situated apartment - a 2 min walk to the bus stop (which is in the shade!). From there its a 10-15min bus ride into the Old town. It is easy to buy a bus pass for multiple trips, or its €2.50 one way. The buses run every 20 minutes or so, and the last bus is around midnight. There is a supermarket one bus stop away which has all you need to stock up on for your stay. Tatjana, the host, was incredibly friendly on check-in and responsive on text too. In the apartment is a very helpful booklet with some local restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions and even a QR code to scan which gives you the local bus timetables. Overall I had a fabulous stay here. My stay was comfortable, the city itself is gorgeous and it was so easy to navigate. Tatjana the host made me feel most welcome - I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. The pool area is really nice and quiet. The room was excellent, with well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed and perfect airconditioning. Lots of info on the room regarding the local arttractions and such. The place is a walking-distance from a few grocey stores and restaurants. Easy to make breakfast and snacks, and then go for a dinner in the restaurants. The area is safe and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Short taxi or a bus ride to Dubrovnik. Best thing in our stay was Tatjana, the owner of the villa. She was extremely nice and made sure our stay was as easy and nice as possible. I would definitely recommend this place. Suosittelen 👍

We absolutely loved our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment at Villa Roza. Where to start ... Everything in the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable -- comfy beds & pillows, comfy couch, best high-pressure shower we've had in a while. The location is super convenient for getting the bus to the old town .. the stop is just a few minutes walk away, and they come by every 15 minutes or less. The pool is wonderful !! Our kids spent more time in the pool than I'd like to admit. The host (Tatiana) was wonderful. She took so much time to share all of the tips and tricks about Dubrovnik ( e.g. where to get less expensive meals, where to park for free in the city centre, etc ). She was very helpful and funny ! We felt at home at this apartment, and would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody !

Lovely place to stay. Warm welcome from Tatiana, clean and cosy and modern apartment, cute little pool for a swim, lovely terrace covered in vines and a friendly household with nice pets. Very easy bus ride to town and a lovely restaurant within walking distance nearby.

I spent a week at Villa Rosa in honor of the May spring bank holiday. For tatiana, there was nothing more pressing to deal with, which included homemade lemonade and cakes upon arrival and chocolates, nibbles, and liqueurs at the poolside. Tatiana gave me plenty of fantastic advice on what to see and do. A terrific! The apartment was immaculate and conveniently situated near the river with two excellent restaurants close by and a marina within walking distance. It was a plus that the old town was only a 15-minute stroll away. What more could you want with the ideal location and the ideal host? Yes, a liquor store, and tatiana does it. Croatia is stunning, so I can't wait to go back. Could this be my new gyros?.

I would without a doubt recommend these apartments to anyone living in the Dubrovnik region families, couples, or singles all seem to be greeted here by tatiana. Having stayed at a variety of vacation rentals over the years, I took tea towels, kitchen essentials, and beach towels, but I didn't do so because tatiana has everything you could need in these cozy apartments. We were greeted with coffee and a really useful conversation about places to visit and eat, as well as other useful information. Our apartment was clean, and towels are changed every few days. Halfway through our stay, our apartment was completely cleaned and the bed linen changed. The pool area was a nice place to spend the day, and it was also cleaned on a daily basis. Tatiana had a barbecue on Sunday and offered food to the couple in our party who had stayed by the pool that day, but we were able to have our own barbecue a few days later.

The owner, named tatiana, made us feel very welcome. We arrived late, and it was not a problem, the host even order us the food! Located a 10 minute walk from the port. From the nice information provided by tatiana about attractions and bus schedule. Definitely will return and highly suggest it. Thank you tatiana

In August 2020, we spent a lovely family vacation at Villa Rosa. The host named tatiana was very kind, offering us drinks and cake upon arrival. She was incredibly welcoming and gave us a wealth of information about the region, including places to visit and restaurants to visit. The apartments themselves were beautiful and immaculately clean, and the pool was a fantastic place to unwind after a day in the sun. The apartments are also conveniently located on a gorgeous lake, just outside Dubrovnik. The only minor drawback was the lake's mosquitos, which left us with several bites. Apart from that, we had a great time and would definitely go back.
