Fantastic location close to Pile Gate, the small kitchen was very useful, and you are steps away from a variety of restaurants, shops and the various attractions of Dubrovnik. Room 3 had a very nice view as well!

We loved this hotel for our trip to Dubrovnik. It was in the quiet part of old town and had a beautiful view of the tower/walls right outside the window! We loved how clean and comfortable the space was. And the owner used the apartment space nicely, as it had everything you could needed for your stay. We also met the owner and she was very kind!!

Lovely room with a view of the outdoor cinema and old town. Great addition to our holiday being able to appreciate an old Croatian film looking out of the window having wine in the night. The room is clean and in excellent condition. The kitchenette has everything we needed to sort a hot breakfast to kick off the day. We don’t mind the steps as it’s part of the charm of the old town and you get stunning view below. Nina is so helpful. Truly amazed by her hospitality.

Great little apartment in Old Town! We had to book last minute late at night due to an issue with our room at a different property and we requested an early check-in. The host responded first thing in the morning confirming our booking and early check-in. They were very communicative before and during our stay. Overall the room was great (Room 3) with enough space for a couple and a small kitchen. The room overlooks an outdoor cinema (hence the name) and faces the screen so you can watch from your window if you wanted to, which is pretty neat/unique, and you do not hear the movies or attendees with the window closed (most movies start around 9pm). The were only a few minor negatives: the air conditioner had a difficult time cooling the space in the ~34 degree heat, the bed was a bit loud and squeaky if you shifted while sleeping, it was difficult to keep the shower door closed, and there were no hooks or bars to hang bath towels on in the bathroom. If these small negatives don't bother you, I would definitely suggest booking this room in Old Town.

メインゲートのピレ門から近く、城壁内のアコモデーションとしては、階段が少ない方だと思います。行き方は事前にメール（エクスペディア経由）で丁寧に教えてくれました。 3部屋のアパートメントで、街や城壁の景色も素敵に見えますが、私の泊まったお部屋からは街の景色は見えませんでした（予約する時に選べるのかもしれませんがよく覚えていません）。空港に向かうバス停は、ホテルとは反対側になり、かなりの段数の階段があるので、私はピレ門から城壁の外に出て、城壁に沿って迂回しました。

I would highly suggest and will stay here again when returning to Dubrovnik. We stayed here one night late December 2022 and I have to say that we loved the location. It was roomy enough with high ceilings, a kitchen with a bar two chairs, and a bathroom with a shower. There was also a small mini sofa in the corner, a desk, and a chair. I loved the high ceilings which made it very airy and stylish. The view was the view of an antique outdoor cinema nothing was playing, so it was quiet and the mountains behind it were wonderful. We had self-checked and the instructions from the hosts were on the spot! It is very easy to move in and relax. There are some stairs up, so no wheelchair access is possible, but please keep in mind that the entire old town of Dubrovnik has this problem, lots of stairs, cobble stones, and small alleys, which is its charm. We only had cabin baggage and a backpack, and it was completely fine to carry them up and down. Water can also be drank.

Located in the old town, the directions are excellent, the room was very clean and had a fantastic view, self check in was very easy, and the room was very clean and had a wonderful view. This is a pretty basic accommodation. There is a kettle and mini fridge provided but the fridge was empty as was the jar of escape provided. The room I stayed in had a leaky tap which dripped all night every night while closing the bathroom door. The room is cozy and clean but small, with minimal space to dry a wet bathing suit. There is also a tiny table and two chairs in the room, as well as a decent wardrobe. The shared space in the building is very minimal too, two chairs on the landing and a shaded terrace by the entrance door that seemed to have been closed for the season I stayed in early October. I never saw another human being on the property, either at check-in, the cleaners, or any other travelers in the other two rooms, but my room was meticulously cleaned every day.

In late December 2022, we spent one night here and must say that we had a good time. It was spacious enough and equipped with high ceilings, a kitchen with a bar and two chairs, and a bathroom with a shower. In the corner, there was also a small mini sofa, a desk, and a chair. I liked how spacious and attractive the high ceilings were. Nothing was playing during the view, which led to a peaceful atmosphere, and the mountains behind it. We conducted self-checking, and the hosts provided directions on the spot! The move in and unwind is very simple. There are a few stairs up so wheelchairs are not wheelchair-accessible, but again, be aware that the entire old town of Dubrovnik has this problem, with its abundance of stairs, cobble stones, and tiny alleys. We only had suitcases for our cabin and a backpack, and it was perfect for us to get up and down. Tap water is also available. I would highly recommend and return to Dubrovnik in the future.

Great location in Old Town…but you have about 50 stairs that you have to haul your luggage up…then a narrow alley and then narrow stairs up to the rooms. So…worth it for the location, think fabulous wine bar part way down the stairs, multiple restaurants at the bottom of the stairs…and you will definitely get some exercise going up and down those pesky stairs. LOL

The air conditioning remote was in one room and and if we didn't know those people we wouldn't have had access. The Sewage smell in room 2 was terrible as some points. but over all it wasn't to bad.
