If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.City tax: 1.6 EUR Per person / day may be collected during booking process. The stay at the accommodation begins after 15:00h on the first day and ends at 10:00h on the last day. Staying in the accommodation after 10:00h on the check-out day will be charged an extra fee. 2. Please handle all the accommodation equipment with care. During their stay, the guests are fully responsible for all the damages in the accommodation or on the property. The guest get's their "damage deposit" back at the check-out, after the accommodation has been checked by the host. 3. During your stay please when leaving the apartment close all the windows, doors and turn-off all the appliances (air condition, stove, ...). 4. Leaving the apartment the guests need to close all the doors and windows in case of storm arrives. All damage to the accommodation from the wind due to open windows are the guests responsability. 5. It is forbidden to leave the air condition on when the guests are not in the apartment. 6. On the beginning of their stay the guests gets the essentials (towels, bed linen, toilet paper...) and are changed once a week, for the rest is the guests responsibility to provide during his stay. 7. Using the towels to remove the make-up, or leaving the towels too dirty (black stains...), so they can't be washed, the towels will be charged to the guests. 8. In the accommodation can stay only the guests that have been registered for that unit. Bringing extra guests to the accommodation is not allowed without the consent of the host or the agency. 9. Making noise or disturbing other guests is strictly forbidden between 22:00h and 10:00h. 10. Please take the garbage out on a daily basis to the green garbage cans. It is forbidden
