Supert opphold. Ankom seint på kvelden og hadde glemt å ta kontakt på forhånd, men ble tatt i mot veldig godt til tross for det. Imøtekommmende vert og på tilbudssiden for at vi skulle ha det godt. Bare godt å si om dette oppholdet. Og kommer gjerne tilbake!!

The host was lovely and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making us feel very welcome. The room was perfectly sized for a cozy stay, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, even including a panini press. The bed was comfortable and came with plenty of pillows, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Such a beauriful find. Superb location. 3 mins walk into beautiful town called Cavtat. Property was very clean, quiet and so so helpful. I would definitely return. Cavtat has lots of restaurant's, beautiful bars, amazing marina with lots to do. I will deffo be returning.

Veldig fin plass å reise med både venner og famlie. Jeg reiste med ei venninne, og vi fikk et veldig fint rom, som var fin og renslig. Famlien som drev hotellet var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Ville absolutt dratt tilbake her!

Lovely place to stay, the owners are very welcoming and friendly - couldn't fault them. The room was spacious and immaculate with good wifi. The pool area is great, peaceful with plenty of good quality sunloungers. The location is quiet with a great view across the bay from the balcony. Some reviews talk about the hill up to the villa: It is uphill so may not suitable if you have mobility issues, but it's not far - we measured it a few times with a pedometer and it averaged 550 footsteps from the town to the door. If we go back to Cavtat we would definitely be happy to stay at the Villa Voinic again.

This is a true treasure among the hundreds of small hotels scattered on the hills above caveat. Room 6 has a sea view and a very private balcony. The beds are ideal, the kitchenette is well equipped for two, and ac and wifi work well. The little pool adds more luxury. The neighborhood is quiet, but still just a minute walk down town and 10 minutes back. Yes, it's steep, but nothing a pair of healthy feet cannot achieve. There are two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a few bakeries and many restaurants in the city center. definitely one of the best summer vacations we've had.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return. The very welcoming host greeted me and took me to the top floor with my significant luggage. She showed me to my room and pointed out how the ac worked without additional charges, the doors to the balcony with a beautiful view over Caveat with a table and two chairs. The room number 8 was smaller than expected, but immaculately clean. The fridge appeared new. There is a microwave and two electric ring hob if you want to self-cater. There is plenty of silverware and plates for two people, as well as glasses. It was also convenient to have a small larder stock of salt, sugar, pepper, etc. Also provided washing up liquid and sponge. The shower enclosure is a bit small. A tall or large person would struggle to fit inside. There are two little shower gels and two small hand soaps. There is a wall-mounted hairdryer I also discovered a new hairdryer in a box under the sink that could be used as well. With sun loungers and umbrellas, the pool area is once again kept very clean. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the villa and pool. Clean towels, bath towels, pool towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies are all conveniently located in a cupboard outside the room for guests to use. The villa proprietors also own and run the

We had a fantastic time at the villa clinic. They gave us another room for no charge when we arrived because it was early season and not many people were there and even left us with a can of larger each. The rooms were lovely, with one overlooking Carat and the ocean in the distance. The pool was lovely and just filled. The family was very welcoming and excellent hosts. If you have mobility issues, the slope is quite steep to descend into caveat, but there are always cabs available at reasonable costs that will take you right to the apartment door.

We were on vacation for 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was great and clean. We've been to the villa clinic 11 times and know the family very well. It's a nice place to stay warm and friendly.

The owner was very kind and polite, and all the stuff too. The swimmingpool was quite small, but ok. Our room was big enough for two people. The balcony was nice to have and we had breakfast there every morning The location is just 500 m from the center and very good training to come home there. We would be happy to visit again.

The staff at villa clinic were very friendly and ready to help. The pool is lovely, beautiful, and has a view of woodland in one direction and the sea in the other. The caveat hordes are easily accessible from a quiet street. The room was large, the wifi was powerful, and the internet worked much better than a more expensive hotel where we had previously stayed.

We picked to stay in the hotel during our last night away because it was close to the airport and wanted a short transfer on our way home. The room very big and clean, and the balcony had an amazing view of the water and the city. The staff were very kind and helpful. We walked a short way to the market and got some things to make breakfast in our room next morning. Our flight did not leave until early evening so we asked for a late check out, although they could not accommodate this request because other guests were arriving early, they were kind enough to let us sit by the pool all afternoon. Until we called for our transfer. Overall a great place and lovely people, a nice way to end our vacation
