First of all massive thanks to Hanor the local rep at the site . He could not do enough for us. Even on his days off he was checking all was ok. Help organise trips and fair prices, sorted shopping when we needed it and always greeted us with a smile. In fact all the staff were great Place is definitely value for money with good size rooms and own bath rooms. Air con was excellent and the apartment had all the equipment for home cooking. Beach is lovely, although, just like most of Bravaro coast lime there is a lot of sea weed which slightly discolours the water and can smell at times. Sand is bright white and definitely get that Caribbean feel. Lots of lovely pools on site and more than enough loungers . Gym is adequate and even has pool table and table tennis. Shops about a ten minute walk away down busy road, we used TukTuk for 200 dom dollars . Hanor can sort if you need water etc. Lots of private hotels so not much apart from the Jellyfish restaurant ( 1 min walk) open to the public. Ate there several times excellent food and atmosphere. Plus you get 10per cent discount. If you’re happy to walk 30, 40 mins along the beach, there are more public bars ( next to Pirate book) Overall great people who looked after us, it is quite and as I said not much evening venues unless you take UBer around 600 dom dolllar . Travel a lot and found this a nice break for a family , trips well worth doing , include a must Sona island and San Domingo. Oh and Hanor was great 👍

We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there. The beach is literally right there, with clear water and a clean, well-kept area, which we loved. It was also really convenient that the hotel provided beach towels. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows could definitely be improved. Toward the end of our stay, we did notice that the pool water started to look a bit dirty, which was a downside. One quick tip for future guests: be careful not to turn off the red light switch near the kitchen. We didn’t realize it controls the hot water and accidentally turned it off trying to save electricity, which left us showering with cold water until maintenance came to help. Just something helpful to know! Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable

El personal muy atento, amable y siempre a disposición. Sin embargo, la propiedad si tenia detalles que deben ser arreglados para que sea adecuado su uso. Igualmente, había pocos utensilios de cocina, sobretodo cubiertos (e.g. solo una cuchara sopera) y las cafeteras estaban muy sucias. Ubicación ideal, justo en la playa con buenos restaurantes a su alrededor.
