If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. Allow Pets. Allow Smoking. Allow Events or Parties. Allow Children. No undefined. The number of guests must strictly match the number indicated in the booking. Unauthorized additional guests may result in extra charges or cancellation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet and sauna. Smoking is allowed outside only. Parties, events, weddings, or birthdays are only allowed upon prior written approval and may incur additional charges. Check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out will be charged 20e per started hour. Significant delays may result in an extra night being charged. Guests must respect the property, equipment, and surrounding nature at all times. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay (furniture, jacuzzi, equipment, etc.). Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. Lost keys may be charged. Use of sauna, hot tub, boat, bicycles, and all equipment is at your own risk. Children must always be supervised. Guests are strongly advised to have their own travel and liability insurance. Weather conditions in Finland can be extreme (snow, ice, cold temperatures). Guests must be properly equipped (e.g., winter tires in winter). Additional services (food, hot tub, firewood, activities) must be paid on site.
