This was a great find. I was originally looking at nearby regular hotels which were more expensive but then I found this listing. The apartments are in a very convenient location with ability to walk to the main sites as well as to the metro. Area was safe. Several restaurants, bakeries and small convenience stores nearby. Their desk is only open from 10-6 pm which is fine. Our flight was canceled and we arrived outside of this period but we were able to do a video check in via What's App before and get a key to the door and get the key cards to our room in a lockbox inside. Easy process. There is a very small elevator so we had to take couple trips up with the suitcases. We had (I believe) the smallest apartment they offer but it was spacious enough for 2 adults and a 17 year old teenager. The apartment was clean and well air conditioned (which was great with the 100 degree heatwave). The fridge was useful to store liquids. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen and clothes washer in the unit but it was nice to have. The unit was quiet. The window overlooked a central open "area/shaft" but it didn't matter. Would highly recommend.

Location is perfect. Major attractions within 20 min walk, grocery stores and restaurants everywhere. With only two apartments per floor, it's very quiet. The AC is strong even through the record breaking heat. Water pressure excellent and the shower is large. Nice kitchen with induction stove. Beds are comfy and with high quality linens. The sofa was very sqweeky, but still comfortable. You would want to fold it up during the day to make walking and sitting space, but thats super easy. Lots of closet space. There is a washing machine, laundry detergent and even a drying rack. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The location was fantastic, it was easy walking distance to most of the major sites. There are many restaurants close by and the property managers were very helpful with an of our questions. The only minor issue was the floor in the apartment was squeaky near the bedroom. I highly recommend this apartment and will stay here again if we go back to Paris again

Great location, clean and well appointed room with coffe/tea maker, refrigerator, etc. Toilet stall outside bath, always helpful. The one bedroom is actually a glass and curtailed divided area. Neighborhood is a long block from noisy Blvd, yay, and close to great cafés and local shops. Less than a mile to the Louvre.

We really loved our stay here. The location is perfect - near the metro, near Saint Honor area, steps from the Louvre, and a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window! The staff was friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage until the unit was ready. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were clean and beautifully renovated. We would definitely stay here again if in Paris!

We stayed in the duplex penthouse apartment and it was wonderful. 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Apartment was well equipped and very clean. Perfectly located 5min walk from Louvre. Amazing!

This place was absolutely amazing. We have the 1 bed apartment and it was massive. The place was spotless and the staff was amazing with communication from booking until checking out. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book somewhere in Paris.
