Pets are not allowed on the first floor.Please note that for trippers, there is the possibility to buy food for a picnic.Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure when booking the Three-Bedroom House, including vacuuming the entire house and mopping only the ground floor. In addition, the kitchen, bathrooms, and toilets must be cleaned. Blankets in the bedrooms must be folded. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of EUR 80.Please note that a EUR 150 security deposit is required upon arrival when booking the Three-Bedroom House, which will be fully refunded upon your departure if the house is left clean.Please note that for rental, the private room, bathroom, and toilet in the shared house, it is required that upon departure, the bed linens and blankets be removed and folded. Please do not bring food or drinks into the room. Meals are available upon request for EUR 12 and breakfast for EUR 4.Please note that for group bookings, a security deposit of EUR 200 is required.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
