- Smoking is not permitted on the property. - It is forbidden to set the heating above 21 degrees. - Failure to comply with these rules will result in invoicing and holding of the deposit. The person making the reservation must be present in the accommodation during the rental period. (Except for companies with proof). If the person making the reservation is not present, the rental will be cancelled. Guests must show proof of identity. Non-French nationals must present a passport or other form of identification allowing them to be in France (with visa if necessary). People without these documents will be refused and the rental will be cancelled.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
