When we arrived, the apartments were closed, and the reception closed for two hours for lunch, fortunately someone was leaving, so we sneaked in and then sneaked into the pool area to wait for them to come back. The room was good and clean, with enough cooking equipment and a nice bathroom. The balcony looked out onto a parking lot. The morning sun was on the balcony at breakfast time, a nice start to the day. A good walk to board a bus at Place de europe for the airport. We are indebted to the receptionist for printing off our boarding passes. Many thanks!.

The location is good, the staff should be more helpful because I didn't get any replacement shampoo and soap, and the shower head was partially damaged, so water ran in all directions. I'll begin with what I truly liked about this apartment motel in the center of Montpellier. The hotel has a pretty decent pool, a nice and pleasant room, and a free sauna on request. The hotel has very flexible opening hours, which makes it difficult if you arrive too early or too late. To avoid this, I contacted them the day before my departure, and met a gentleman who was incredibly helpful and polite. The bed is not the best in town because it is just a sofa bed that could be more comfy if it wasn't too noisy. There is free wifi available only for one device. There was no replacement for shampoo and soap, and the shower head was partly damaged, so the water spread everywhere. One or two nights may be ideal here.

The staff were helpful and nice. They also had a 24-hour wifi connection in the city center. They have studio apartments as well as bigger apartments for short and long stays. The location is close to tram and the city center.

Good excellent, helpful reception, the room is tidy and clean, the bed is comfortable, and they were also kind enough to provide a small bed for my 3 months old son. The residence Please keep in mind that as it is not a hotel, the front desk only opens at certain times, which is not a problem for us. It's in a great area, easily accessible by stroller to Place de la Comedies within a minute's walk, and Carrefour City is close by if you need groceries. They also provide free parking, which is what we like, maybe the only one nearby Place de la Comedies is within walking distance. Bad, no air conditioning in the room, and it's scorching hot in summer! Due to the direct sunlight, the room feels warmer, and we didn't require an alarm to wake up. They do provide a fan, but to be honest, it doesn't do much, there are air conditioner vents in the room, but I'm unsure why it's not there. Both elevators broke down on our final day, forcing me to carry our luggage and 3 month old infant from one floor to the next using a staircase. Overall good stay, but make the elevators better.
