Apartment and hosts are lovely. Check-in process was simple and instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Hosts were quickly responsive to questions and requests via email. The location of this apartment is one of its best features. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. We did not stay long enough to truly enjoy all the property had to offer!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were in the "Elizabeth" room and it was so beautiful. High ceilings with large windows into the courtyard, and lots of old style charm we thoroughly enjoyed (a real novelty for north americans). The location is fantastic being close to the Altstadt (old town) and walking distance to Schloss Heidelberg. There didn't appear to be staff or reception of any kind on site, but to be honest, we didn't need them. The communication was proactive and very timely, and the instructions provided were simple and straightforward. We had no issues securing a parking spot in their parking area or getting into the building and our room. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Heidelberg and explore altstadt by foot, or the city in general.

Sehr schönes Aparthotel direkt auf dem Campus der Universität Heidelberg und ganz in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone und der Altstadt. Auch der Neckar ist für Spaziergänge gut erreichbar. Tee, Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr kunstvoll eingerichtet und fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Wir haben im Voraus einen Parkplatz reserviert und es war einfach zu parken. Das Parken war auch nicht zu teuer. Danke!

Geweldig pand en prachtig appartement, vlakbij oude centrum. Communicatie gaat via mail en verliep vlekkeloos. Mochten eigen parkeerplaatsen al vol zijn, dan is P14 er gelijk naast. Eigenaar waarschuwde voor hangjongeren, deze waren er ook zeker, maar er weinig last van gehad. Uiteindelijk hoor je in een stad altijd wel wat omgevingsgeluiden.

We heartily advise anyone traveling, especially those with families, to consider this location. The value of this unit and the effort by the owner to ensure that all their visitors have a lovely stay both greatly impressed us. All the systems are functioning perfectly, and the accommodation is quite contemporary and spacious. The location is excellent as well, as it is easy to walk to every location, including the castle. The city center and shops are quite close by, making it the ideal hub for shopping. The key code access system is functional and easy, so you really don't require one. The apartment also has a parking space reserved for visitors, which makes it so convenient.

Absolutely loved it! We already rebooked and will be going back on our trip next week to Heidelberg. It was the perfect location to just settle in. The apartment had everything including huge windows and fans to help beat the heat. And the beds were very comfortable. The location is prime, right down the street from the major shopping street and quite a few restaurants.

There are no guides or tourist information, only brochures from 2005. There isn't much english information. I don't believe this property deserves a lot of praise because there isn't a means to get in touch with hosts. It would have been impossible to do anything for more than two days without taking so long to get an email reply after the phone number indicated that it was out of service if anything went wrong. This was absolutely uncomfortable for both of us because it was really crucial to provide reasonably comfortable furnishings. If something went wrong, it would have been impossible to do anything for more than two days. It took this long to respond via email after the phone number provided stated that it was not in service. A hotel inn is the most significant aspect of its reputation for providing truly comfortable furnishings. If you need something in the form of comfortable furniture, this wasn't particularly relaxing for either of us. Pros a fantastic location with well-equipped bathrooms and kitchens. They also provide effective showers. Double closets with good to great windows feel extremely secure. The ground floor does not feel noisy and emails are sent as if on a snooze

This place is very beautiful and I stayed with some friends to watch the football match in Hockenheim. I stayed only to sleep and shower. This place is nicely refurbished and is a really nice place to call home when away from home. I will definitely come back and stay again.

I will visit again. This place has several studio apartments in a well restored old building on a very quiet street away from the tourist mobs but only a block from the central bismarkplatz. My studio was neat, modern, and tasteful. The owner is not on site but can be reached by email. I really enjoyed my stay.
