Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal für mich, da sich die UBahnstation U4/5 in nur 1min Laufnähe befindet und ich zum Internat meiner Tochter fahren konnte ohne Unsteigen zu müssen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist trotz belebter Straße sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Lärm von außen. Das Appartmen in dem ich war, war ebenerdig und einsehbar von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse aus. Deshalb musst ich die Vorhänge meist geschlossen halten. Aufgrunddessen war es sehr dunkel im Appartment. Bei meiner Ankunft bemerkte ich, dass die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers fehlte und benachrichtigte die Verwaltung (Ben und Sara) darüber. Sie versprachen die Fernbedienung zu ersetzen, das geschah leider nicht. Am Abreisetag fragte ich, ob ich nach dem Check-out mein Gepäck 1Std im Hof stehen lassen könnte, das wurde abgelehnt. Ein Minuspunkt der Ausstattung: es gibt kein Bügeleisen (obwohl Appartments für Longstay-Urlauber gedacht sind). Waschmaschine im Waschkeller. Waschen kostet 4.50€, Trocknen 3.50€. Sehr nett eingerichtetes Appartment; eine Community, wie von Ben und Sara auf ihrer Webside beschrieben, gibt es keine. War für mich aber ok.

A hospedagem é em espaçosa, bem nova, com todos os utensílios que você precisa. O ambiente conta com uma sala espaçosa, um quarto espaçoso e um banheiro muito bom! A localização é perto da estação de trem e tem uma estação de metrô na esquina. O bairro é movimentado até certo horário.

Sara and Ben, the onsite managers were very professional and helpful. But the property was designed to be a long term rental (1 month - longer) and it was not set up for short stays. There were no soaps, dishwashing liquid, sponges, etc. We were there for three weeks and had to ask for supplies often and had change rooms after a few dsys as there was no tv (as advertised). I blame all of this in the owners.
