The staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk helped with our transportation needs, breakfast order and many other miscellaneous needs. The cleaning and maintenance staff were professional and courteous.

Very accommodating, extremely hospitable. I enjoyed staying here. Everything is so close and easy to get to. I did not rent a car nor did I need to. I walked everywhere. Unless I went on an excursion, in which case I was picked up at the hotel. I did not use the pool but I did use the hot tub nightly. Breakfast is such a great amenity. They have you fill out a sheet and will bring it to your room at a time of your choosing. My stay was very quiet and peaceful. I was on this trip solo and this was perfect for me. I’m so glad that I chose this place. I tend to stick to myself and the staff gave me the space to do so, but made sure that I knew that they were there for anything I needed.

Excelente estadia, a equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e cordiais. O café da manhã é simples, você escolhe algumas opções de um cardápio para o dia seguinte e eles entregarem hora desejada. Ficamos no quarto superior com hidromassagem no terraço, a água estava aquecida e limpa. O quarto só tem uma condição de ter 2 andares e o banheiro era no térreo do quarto, a cama no 1 piso e a hidro no terraço, para quem tem problemas no joelho ou precisa do banheiro no mesmo piso do quarto isso pode ser um problema. A localização é excelente e o estacionamento público perto também, isso faz diferença na questão das malas.

We absolutely loved our villa. Our breakfast was delivered every morning by Gregory, he was so friendly and hospitable . Dimitri was in reception and she couldn’t do enough for us. She was so friendly and accommodating.

La situation est parfaite, proche du centre de Thira, 5 minutes des bus. La villa parfaite avec un Jaccuzi au top. La jeune femme de l'accueil nous a super bien reçu et tres bien conseillée. Ils on tous été a nos petits soins pendant le séjour .On conseil les yeux fermés cet établissement .

An absolutely wonderful hotel. Beautifully appointed, carefully curated. The rooms are absolutely charming. The personal hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Julia at the front desk gave us great recommendations and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. Breakfast is wonderful! Choose whatever you want from the menu and it is delivered on a beautiful tray to your room. Greek yogurt, warm croissants, omelettes, etc. Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! Pretty, quiet property right in the heart of Fira. While it’s bustling outside the gates, you don’t hear it inside. Villa had two floors with a rooftop jacuzzi. Bed is on second level along with the door to the roof. Jacuzzi was wonderful each night upon returning. Reception staff were wonderful! Cheerful and very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend Palmariva Villas!

This is a must stay for Santorini. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, Julia is a sweetheart and has tons of great information about the island and gives detailed information on what to do and when the best time to go is. As well as reasonable transportation options. They even have a printed map to help explain things with visuals. The rooms are cleaned every day and robes provided. The location is perfect. A 1 min walk to the action but it’s far enough away from the really loud areas so you don’t hear anything at all. I’m a light sleeper so that’s important to me. It’s also right beside a supermarket and pharmacy so you can grab your own treats and water if needed. The free breakfast is also great and you decide when it’s delivered to the room. Facilities are absolutely beautiful and clean. I will be staying here again.

This was an amazing hotel. The villa was incredible. The staff are nothing short of amazing. Julia was super sweet and very helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our room every morning. We also had an issue with the hot tide after hours and someone still came to assist the issue. Overall amazing stay and walkable to everything. Would stay here again.
