The complex is located in the village of Episkopos/Nikiana, around 150 m away from Episkopos pebbly beach. The harbour lies around 1 km away and the capital is around 7 km from the hotel. The well-known spa resort of Nidri is only around 8 km away and the nearest airport, Aktio/Preveza, is approximately 26 km away. The complex is surrounded by olive trees and a wonderful, flowering garden as well as spread across two buildings. In the two-storey main building, guests will find a reception, a lounge with a terrace and a TV corner. The apartments are located in the other buildings. There are a total of 15 studios and 6 two room apartments. Parking is available for those arriving by car. All the studios and apartments include a private shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with multi-language channels, a hire safe, a fully fitted kitchen, a fridge/oven, kitchen utensils, a dining corner and a balcony or a terrace overlooking the garden, the sea or the mountains. The air conditioning is individually adjustable. After crossing the bridge that connects Lefkada Island with the mainland, turn to the left. After about 2 km is the small port of Lefkada. After crossing the small stone bridge at the entrance of the harbour, turn left. Continue driving along the harbour following the signs for Nydri or Vasiliki. After 7 km is the Episkopos/ Nikiana area. The hotel is located on the right-hand side just 100 metres after the sign indicating Nikiana village.
