-Housekeeping service and change of linens/towels are available every 4 days between 12:00-14:00.
-Water: Please note that tap water is not drinkable.
-Toilets: Please do not throw paper in the toilet.
-Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside the property, with exclusive use of an ashtray.
-Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC and all lights when you leave the property. We try to protect the environment!
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 - 09:00.
-Parties: Parties are not allowed.
-Damage: If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately so we can arrange for the appropriate technician. Any damage will incur an extra charge.
-Pool & Garden: We take care of the pool and garden every other day early in the morning, so you may encounter a member of our team on the property.
-Swimming Pool: The pool is 1.50m deep. For safety reasons, please avoid jumping in or running around the pool area. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
-Pool Hygiene: Please do not urinate in the pool and shower before entering.
-Nature: Our property is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, providing a peaceful environment. You may occasionally see some local animals or insects as part of the natural surroundings.
