SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 € will be charged on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned to the client on leaving the villa, provided there are no damages, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty and no other outstanding charges. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.

OCCUPANCY Only persons registered on arrival day may occupy the villa. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the villa description occupy the villa. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the villa without refund. You and all members of your party also agree not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including subletting it or otherwise allowing anyone to stay in it who we have not previously accepted on your confirmation/invoice. The Property Owner reserves the right to revoke the booking at their sole discretion. This means should we discover more people in the villa than appears on the booking form we have the right to cancel the booking and evict the group immediately or apply a surcharge payable immediately.

CHECK In - out The official time for entry into your accommodation is 16:00 local time. The cleaners have sole access to the accommodation until this time to prepare for your arrival therefore, entry to the accommodation prior to this time will not be permitted. Check out time for all accommodation is 10:30 local time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange for late-check outs.

DEPARTURE. On departure you should leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition so that it can be prepared for the next customers. If the villa has lots of washing up, large amounts of rubbish, inside or in the garden, money will be deducted. The simple rule of thumb is if the standard clean is not sufficient to clean the villa to the standards we expect, we will charge for extra cleaning. Lots of rubbish left in the villa. We will remove the rubbish but we will charge for this service. Normally around 30 euros per rubbish bag. SWIMMING POOL AREA Use of the swimming pool is at the client’s own risk. Clients are specifically advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area Thank you
