Wegen Self Check-in und Check-out gibt es keine Rezeption, was ich aber gut und praktisch finde. Es ist zentral gelegen, das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, praktisch und modern. Das Vorhandensein einer Kochmöglichkeit und eines Kühlschranks ist super. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Great location on the main restaurant and shopping street in Reykjavik. Close to the action without being disturbed by it. The studio apartment was very clean and well equipped.

The location was excellent for exploring downtown Reykjavik, the apartment was cosy, clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and was perfect for our trip. The shower was always piping hot, and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. Nicely decorated and cleanly kept space with easy communication, check in and check out. Parking available on premise and around the area on the street. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are on-hand via email. They informed us of bad weather conditions to keep us safe during our stay, and had provided a booklet of good places to buy groceries, where to eat etc. The apartment is clean and presentable. A well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook. Warm beds, seating area, TV with Netflix for the evenings, hot shower. Very good location in one of the main shopping areas but not overly noisy. Would recommend to others.

Svala Apartments are the perfect home away from home for your stay in Reykjavik. So clean and modern with every amenity you could need or think of. The location is wonderful in the main shopping/ restaurant area of the city and very close walk to Bus Stop Number 10 for all your airport transfers/ day trips. Bonus supermarket is also only a few minutes away so you can make use of the small kitchen during your stay. Although my apartment faced the main street, I slept incredibly well in the comfortable bed and hardly heard a noise. Ingi and Andrea were very prompt answering any emails before my arrival and I had no need to contact them during my stay as everything this was wonderful. I would highly recommend Svala Apartments!

Perfect location for someone wanting to walk to everything. Could be loud at night as it is on the main shopping street. Loved our stay there and recommend to anyone. Parking can be a bit expensive in the parking garage down the street. So if you are there for some time the bigger suites with the onsite parking may be worth the extra money. Would recommend checking out the “free” citywalk tour. Easy walking distance and get to see a bunch of Reykjavík.
