Luxury Apartment in, North Goa, Arpora

1.Peace and Quiet
Most of the Riviera dwellings are owned by private individuals, many of whom live here round the season. It is their home. Please respect their right to peace, quiet and enjoyment of the facilities by observing a few simple rules:
•Keep noise down, more so after 10 pm at night. Please do not drive your bike inside the Complex at night.
•Don’t play games on the lawns (e.g. with balls, frisbee)
•Observe pool timings - 8 am to 6 pm - and don’t eat, drink or smoke in or around the pool area.
•Don’t invite friends to use the pool/gym it is only for the use of those sleeping in the Complex. Wear Pool Costume when using the pool, and strictly observe all Rules displayed near the Pool.
•Do not take furniture out of the apartment to use by the pool
•Do not leave pool loungers or any other personal possessions around the pool after you have finished swimming
•Refrain from hanging towels, clothes in balconies.
•Do not blow horn at late night at the gate or Car Park.
•Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C.
•Ensure that all water taps, gas supply is turned off after use.
•Riviera Group has a no pet policy, please do not bring pets to the Complex.
2.Guests’ Belongings
Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. Please do not leave the air conditioning on and the windows open when you go out. Riviera will not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever.
3.Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
4.Personal Injury to Guest
Riviera will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property’s facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises.
5.Government Rules and Regulations
Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc. C Form should be filled in and handed over the concerned Police station.
