To ensure a safe, peaceful, and comfortable stay for all guests, kindly follow the house rules below:


## 🕒 Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
* Valid Government-issued Photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
* Foreign nationals must provide Passport and Visa details as per FRRO regulations.


## 👥 Guest Policy

* Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms.
* Visitors are allowed in common areas only, with prior permission.
* Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.


## 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol

* Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
* Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
* Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
* Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected. Disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.

## 🔇 Noise Policy

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* Loud music, parties, or events are not permitted without prior written approval.
* Please maintain a peaceful environment respecting other guests and neighbors.

## 🍽️ Food & Kitchen

* Outside food is allowed.
* Homemade meals are available on prior request.
* Guests are requested not to cook inside rooms unless specifically permitted.

## 🔐 Safety & Security

* Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
* Please switch off lights, AC, geysers, and electrical appliances when leaving the room.
* Any damage to property, furniture, linen, or fixtures will be charged at actual cost.
* Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

## 🧹 Cleanliness

* Please maintain hygiene inside rooms and common areas.
* Do not throw waste in common spaces.
* Housekeeping is provided as per schedule.

## 🐾 Pets

* Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.

## ⚡ Power & Utilities

* Please use water and electricity responsibly.
* Generator/backup facility is subject to availability.

## 📹 CCTV & Compliance

* CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for safety purposes.
* By staying at MVH, guests agree to comply with all property rules and local regulations.
