Guidelines:
• Check in time 3PM and Check out time 12PM
• Guests will be provided with a door key. Keep the home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
. If any guests visits and stays more than 3 hour it will be considered as extra person per day. Any persons visiting the guests will be considered as one extra person after 3 hours. It will be charged at 500/ night.
• Please respect the home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
• Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
• Smoking and Alcohol prohibited inside the House.
• Food available only on demand with extra cost (optional).Please let us know in advance for arranging food.Hotel food will be delivered at the place.
. Early check-in and late check-out considered basis the availability of rooms and other bookings.
• Pay for any damage caused to household property
• Keep all your valuables money, Jewels etc. in a safe place at your own risk
• Communicate to your host in case of emergency
• Hot water available 24/7 (depend on electricity), but use gently, don’t waste water.
• Switch off all lights, TV,A/C etc while going out. Help conserve Energy.
