**1. Noise and Social Gatherings**
* **Quiet Hours:** We strictly enforce quiet hours between **10:00 PM and 8:00 AM**. During this time, please keep music and general noise levels to a minimum to respect the tranquility of our neighborhood.
* **Outdoor Music:** Loud music or sound systems are **not permitted outdoors** (on the deck, lawn, or by the pool) after 10:00 PM.
* **Guest Count:** Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Day visitors must be pre-approved by the host. Parties or events are not permitted unless authorized in advance.
### **2. Smoking Policy**
* **Designated Areas Only:** Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vapes) is **strictly prohibited inside the villa**, including all enclosed balconies and bathrooms.
* **Outdoor Smoking:** Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor areas (e.g., specific patio or garden space).
* **Disposal:** Please use the ashtrays provided and ensure all butts are properly extinguished and disposed of. Littering the property or garden with cigarette butts will result in a cleaning fee deduction from the security deposit.
### **3. Private Pool Use (Safety First)**
* **Swim at Your Own Risk:** The pool is a private amenity and there is **NO lifeguard on duty**. Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk.
* **Child Supervision:** **Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times** when near the pool area, without exception.
* **Timing:** Please adhere to the designated pool hours (if any, e.g., 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) and avoid using the pool during quiet hours.
* **Attire:** Please use appropriate swimwear. Do not use towels, blankets, or linens from the villa as pool towels.
### **4. Pet Policy (If Applicable)**
* **Pre-Approval:** Pets are only permitted if confirmed during the booking process. An additional pet fee and/or security deposit may apply.
* **Leash and Control:** Pets must be kept on a leash while in common areas outside the villa. Owners are responsible for keeping their pets under control at all times.
* **Pet Waste:** Owners must **immediately clean up all pet waste** from the garden, lawn, and surrounding property and dispose of it properly.
* **Furniture & Bedding:
* Pets are **not allowed on the furniture or beds** to maintain hygiene for all guests. If extra cleaning is required due to pet hair or accidents, a cleaning fee will be charged.
