Excellent service from villa batu agung. I was dropped off at the incorrect hotel. And the staff was really helpful. The facilities are very cozy and stylish.

The location was not really accessible. The road is not too big, only suitable for one car, as most neighbors parked their car outside. Parking space is not attached to the villa. So we have to park outside in a deserted area with no roof or shade. Then take out our luggage and walk several meters. Access to the lobby is a small pathway as wide as one person. The staff are well trained to be very friendly and courteous, guests are always welcomed. But we got upset because the receptionist promised a free room upgrade last time but then broke her promise. We felt very disappointed. The rooms are quite small, with a bed, bedside, wardrobe, and tv console. Bathroom is good size. The front patio is also good size. Ac, wifi, tv are all good! The pool water is green, so we didnt try swimming. Breakfast tasted good, but the cooking time was too long.
