As our guest, you’re welcome to use our exclusive concierge service. We’ll be happy to assist you with trusted bookings for transfers, tours, rentals, entertainment, deliveries, and more — everything to make your stay even more enjoyable.

1. Upon check-in, you will need to make a damage deposit of 1,500,000 IDR / 100 USD in cash.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. No smoking in indoor areas.
4. No parties without the consent of owner and management.
5. We can also offer you a crib. Please note that a crib is available for 250,000 IDR per night. Also, kindly note that the crib is subject to availability, and we recommend requesting it from the manager before your arrival so that we can provide it for your convenience.
6. The villa will be available for guest arrivals any time after 2 pm, unless other arrangements have been confirmed at the time of booking.
7. Guests will be requested to vacate the property before 12 pm on the day of departure, unless other arrangements have been confirmed at the time of booking.
8. Please be aware that depending on the season, the appearance of rice fields may vary.
9. Please note that the bathrooms on the villa are semi-open, offering a unique outdoor experience. While they are designed for privacy and comfort, you may encounter a closer connection to nature during your stay.
