Additional rules
- Please be quiet and discreet, especially during the hours of 22:00 - 08:00
- No shoes to be worn in the room
- Please turn things off (AC and Lights) close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment
- Please do not keep any food in the bedroom (use the kitchen)
- Loss of apartment key fee: 100.000IDR - Smoking is prohibited in the room, you are allowed to smoke in the terrace area
- Please throw garbage on the trash cans
- Please, do not throw trash, paper towels or feminine products in the toilet (Important notice: A Rp 150,000 cleaning fee will apply if guests dispose of tissues, sanitary pads, or any non-flushable items into the toilet, as this may cause plumbing damage.)
-Please help to always turn on the bathroom light and close the door always, because our place is humid so keep turning on the Exhaust Fan helps to make the bathroom not damp.
- Due to several reasons DURIAN or Jackfruit is prohibited to be borough in the room, it takes a long time for the aroma to disappear. (Important notice: A Rp 250,000 penalty will apply if guests are found consuming durian or jackfruit inside the room, as these fruits have a strong and lingering smell.)
- No SMOKING in the room, but you can SMOKING in the terrace.
-Our property is actually only suitable for adults, as we don’t provide babies amenities, as well as facilities.
-Our place has an area parking for motorbike and car, but I need to remind you that the alleys in Bali are generally small, which is only big enough for 1 car to pass, so some alleys require really special driving (parking) skills to get through. And our alley is one of the alleys that can only be passed by 1 car and there are quite sharp corners to pass through. For your information, there are other residents who have cars and it is always safe to go through the alley and it is safe to park in the parking area.
