A night spent here last week. The staff was helpful and kind, and the room was tidy and clean. Breakfast by the pool was excellent. I like the location, which is close to stores and restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk to Double Six Beach.

We didn't anticipate staying here being near the seminar nightclubs. Although the building is brand new, everything is brand new, it is not a major problem. When we stayed here from December 02 to December 6, 2019, we were expecting it to be close to nightclubs in the seminar neighborhood. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating, and the room is equipped with a television, coffee maker, and hot water, all of which functioned perfectly while we were there. Breakfast in the room, which has a view of the swimming pool, is something we especially enjoy. We actually enjoy staying here and will definitely stay here again for our next vacation. In addition, we enjoy nightclubs because it is close to the lively places. Motorcycle travel to seminar beach takes only five minutes. Since they lack a parking spot, it is suggested to rent a motorcycle when lodging here.

Two times staying here and had a good experience. The room is spacious and pleasant with a great swimming pool and a strong wifi connection for online meetings. The location is also a plus! If you can get it on foot, it is close to my favorite places as well.

When making a reservation, this hotel is not what it appears to be online. We arrived to dirty sheets with stains and dirty cups in the bathroom. Our door was broken, and neither the staff nor our door was broken. This was a common issue throughout our stay. No bar is set forth on application, and the staff, despite being pleasant enough, can't speak English well, making it difficult to communicate any issues with them. The hotel also promises daily cleaning, yet we had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc every day, and when we requested that we had to ask for them, it turned out that the staff was a little letdown. We had to leave our key at reception every day so they could clean, which isn't ideal. When cleaned, the rooms are pleasant enough, but our room, particularly the bathroom, just had a general dirty feel to it, like the rest of the hotel. If you want a spotlessly clean environment, I would recommend staying elsewhere. It is a maximum of 2 people, but it is probably more of a cab ride to the beach than a walk.

Staying here on December 06, 2019, we didn't expect it to be close to nightclubs in the seminar area. Everything in the building is new, they just need to put a safety deposit box in the room, but it's not a big deal. The room has a television, coffee maker, and hot water and everything was working well while we were there. Breakfast facing the pool is what we really enjoy and will surely come back for our next vacation.
