Highly recommended. I spent a few nights there and was astounded by the staff. Extremely kind, accommodating, and kind people. The person in charge assisted us with everything right away, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.

We stayed there for 2 nights and booked a family room with a connecting door. The room for kids was very clean and the bathroom was bright. Unfortunately, our room, room 2, had some keluwing in bahasa Indonesian spirostreptus hidden in the rocks in our bathroom. Apart from that, i have no problem with this villa. Everything was fine, although there was no mart nearby, but it is very close to local restaurants selling fresh seafood. The beach itself is very beautiful. It has a calm wave and white sand. And so many local kids swimming which made it more lively.

Hotel kecil yang bagus, tapi agak jauh dari segalanya. Pantai lokal yang sangat indah tepat di sebelahnya. Hotel ini memiliki pemilik yang paling manis, Siti, yang sangat memperhatikan para tamu dan sangat akrab. Ada juga restoran kecil lokal di sepanjang jalan dengan banyak ikan segar.

Nipah villas is a great place to relax, and siti is one of lifes kind people. We stayed at the villa for 8 days and it was perfect for us after climbing mount rinjani. The villa is not far from the beach and is perfect. We spent our days by the pool or the beach and took a taxi into senggigi if we needed entertainment. We left the villa to go to gilli t, but after 4 days on gilli we were evacuated back to lombok due to the earthquake. Siti cancelled all reservations, so she cooked me and my 2 daughters and cooked for us, made sure we had water and fruit, and were comfortable. The villas are so well built that they were not really affected by the earthquake and even though there were more earthquakes that evening it felt safe in the villa. The next day, siti helped us get plane tickets to bali even though every tourist in lombok was trying to leave and all airlines were fully booked, siti managed to get us tickets. Its such a shame that an earthquake struck such a beautiful place and destroyed the lives of these people. Lomboks are some of the friendliest people ive ever met, and once they rebuild, i will come back. Nipah villa is a great place to relax, and siti is one of lifes nice people.

The room where we stayed is really spacious for 3 people. The staff were also very helpful from the moment we arrived. Smooth check in and out. Kak siti as the owner is very kind. She even offered to drive us to bansal harbour and gave us her contact number to rent a car.

Tidak ada layanan harian di vila kolam renang. Ada 3 tokek besar yang tinggal di kamar mandi yang tidak membersihkan kekacauannya sendiri. Mandi berfungsi dengan baik, soket rusak, dan sakelar kipas rusak. Kamarnya kotor. Tempat tidurnya hanya cocok untuk orang dengan tinggi badan di atas 1,70 tahun, terlalu kecil.

One of the most beautiful places ive ever stayed. The food was amazing, and the staff was amazing. They couldnt do enough for me and my family. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay the best.

Relatively new place with a nice small pool. We arrived at 8 pm and discovered that beautiful little cozy place. Its not along the beach of sengigi, but further down. I will definitely be back, the hospitality, cleanliness of the bathroom and beds are commendable.
