Ini adalah kedua kalinya saya menginap di kuta lombok, dan yang kedua saya memilih villa ocean view villas. Saya sangat senang dapat menginap di villa ini karena tempatnya sangat bagus dan nyaman, aman, di atas bukit dengan pemandangan laut dan pohon-pohon, saya sangat merekomendasikannya.

Kami sangat kecewa dengan akomodasi ini. Saat kami tiba, ada daging busuk di kulkas yang dimatikan, sehingga menimbulkan bau yang sangat tidak sedap. Lalu, handuknya berlumuran darah dan berlubang. Malam harinya, kami menyadari bahwa lampunya tidak menyala dan kami melaporkannya kepada mereka. Tidak ada yang dilakukan. Mereka datang saat kami pergi untuk mengantarkan handuk baru yang masih kotor, dan memanfaatkan kesempatan itu untuk menggeledah tas kami tetapi tidak mencuri apa pun. Selain itu, pagi ini air di kamar mandi kami habis. Saat kami pergi, kami membayar biaya cuci dan mereka berdebat dengan kami selama 15 menit tentang bagaimana ada 8 kilogram padahal sebenarnya hanya 4 kilogram. Kami akhirnya membayar agar mereka akhirnya membiarkan kami sendiri. Selain itu, pembatas balkon sangat goyah dan retak, yang berarti anak-anak bisa jatuh. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Anda untuk tidak datang ke sini.
