Tempatnya bersih, meskipun tidak ada tempat tidur tunggal, tapi nyaman untuk istirahat. Jauh dari keramaian, tempat parkir dapat menampung hingga empat mobil.

Penginapan ini memberikan pengalaman seperti menginap di rumah teman. Saat datang, buka pagar sendiri dan tekan bel rumah, nanti ada petugas yang akan datang. Tempat parkirnya tidak terlalu luas, tetapi saat kami menginap hanya ada 2 mobil, jadi masih aman untuk parkir di dalam rumah. Harga 198.000 Di akhir pekan di aplikasi cukup sebanding dengan fasilitas yang diberikan. Rumah dan kamarnya bersih, tidak berisik, kami menginap dengan dua anak (6 dan 3 tahun). Masih cukup untuk menempati kamar double bed. Di kamar ada kasur, lemari, meja kerja, TV, kursi, cermin besar, AC. Tidak ada tempat sampah dan tisu. Ada 2 air mineral 600 ml, amenities handuk dan sabun, jadi untuk perlengkapan lainnya bisa disiapkan dari rumah. Air cukup kencang dan air hangat bagus. Tempat sampah ada di kamar mandi. Bisa mengisi ulang air di lantai 1, ada dispenser air normal dan air hangat. Teh dan gula juga tersedia. Ada dapur mini, kemarin saya ingin merebus air di dapurnya. Ada juga peralatan makan, mungkin bisa dipinjam. Tapi kami membawa gelas sendiri saat menginap di sana.

Setiap ke Malang, selalu ke sini, selain murah, juga sangat nyaman. Hanya saja, jauh dari warung jika ingin mencari makanan. Tahun lalu, saya menginap di sini dan mendapatkan kamar dengan pemandangan depan yang bagus. Namun, satu-satunya kekurangan adalah pintu kamar mandi yang pegangannya patah sehingga tidak bisa ditutup. Selain itu, penyangga showernya juga rusak. Minggu lalu, saya kembali ke sini dan mendapatkan kamar ini lagi, dan ternyata sudah setahun yang lalu namun tidak diperbaiki. Wkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwkwk Setiap check-out saya ingin berbicara kepada admin tidak bisa, saya terburu-buru dan riweh dengan keluarga. Selebihnya lebih dan menurut saya.
