I will never forget my stay here, the villa with the infinity pool over looking the jungle was just perfect. The floating breakfast in the pool was absolutely amazing, as were all the breakfasts here, the banana pancakes are the best in Bali. The staff were all so kind and so helpful, they really took care of me and as a solo female traveller, I’d highly recommend this place. I felt really safe and happy the entire time. It’s a quick 15 mins into Ubud centre by grab or Gojek, so easy. The driver they use called Imadeh is also brilliant. 10 out of 10 & I’d love to stay here again. A mirror in the main bedroom and a more powerful hair dryer would have made it 11/10.

This place is truly wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff. They are always smiling, they are the most kind of people. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly. The rooms are clean, the view is stunning, and the restaurant is excellent. I can only recommend staying there. Thank you, gede, for making our stay at your villa a true pleasure. We came here after a very bad experience at the main pondok sebatu hotel in Tagallalang, but we dont regret it at all, and this is thanks to gede and his team who provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. Gede was amazing and helped us with everything. The villa was nice and new, very clean and had the best view. I highly recommended! Thank you, gedes and all the staff.

This is a brandnew hotel that is quite pleasant. The staff is really kind. Balinese customs are respected. Its incredibly beautiful and wellkept large garden.

The staff is very kind and attentive. The view is beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect for escape from the hectic energy of uluwatu. We stayed for one day and i wish we could have remained longer - highly recommended.

We had a great time here, the room with private pool was like waking up to slumber. The pool exceeded our expectations and was fantastic. You can hear the sounds of nature when you sleep in the villa, which is more like an abandoned cabin. It wasnt hiccupious when we requested additional towels or amenities, and the service was excellent. I didnt have id rather use fewer towels to dry my hair, though. Taxis from the center of ubud only take 15 minutes to get there during heavy traffic. In addition, they rent scooters at the hotel. When visiting bali, ill undoubtedly stay here again.

This place is highly recommended if you want to stay in ubud without breaking the bank. Portobello villa ugada offers excellent value for money. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, taking care of all your needs. Its also quite peaceful.

I would definitely return to stay at portobello villa. A special thanks to gede for making our vacation unforgettable. On the day we arrived, i complemented his hat, and the next morning, in addition, she gave me a brand new traditional tatami he was an amazing person. The villas are stunning, the staff is fantastic, their service is firstrate. Its incredibly relaxing to see the forest view, while the rooms decor is really opulent.
