Awalnya saya khawatir melihat review orang lain bahwa water heater kecil dan lama panasnya setelah saya chat dengan staf hotel sebelum booking, diinformasikan bahwa itu sudah diperbaiki. Ternyata setelah saya check in dan mencoba water heater berfungsi dengan baik, WIFI bagus, Smart TV berfungsi dengan baik, ada pemanas air, linennya juga bersih dan wangi, staf cukup ramah, lokasi strategis dan tidak bising, tempat tidur single cukup besar, mungkin sekitar 140 X 200 CM. Anak kecil 0- 12 tahun bisa tidur berdua di tempat tidur singlenya. Mungkin yang perlu diperhatikan, tanaman perlu diperhatikan dan dirawat lebih baik jika perlu ditambah lagi agar lebih sedap dipandang mata. Secara keseluruhan saya puas menginap di Taman Syailendra dan semoga next time bisa kembali ke sini dengan anggota keluarga yang lebih banyak. Sukses terus untuk Taman Syailendra Dieng.

Udaranya sejuk, ada private family, parkir luas, dan mobil berada di depan cottage. Ada banyak tanaman bunga yang membuat udara segar, indah, dan nyaman. Pokoknya tidak akan pernah bosan menginap di sini.

Lokasinya mudah ditemukan, tempat parkir luas, nyaman untuk jalan kaki. Restoran di sebelah sering penuh dan harus menunggu satu jam, tetapi di depan pintu masuk ada warung yang menjual makanan rames, tergolong enak. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah, ramah, dan proses check-in harus menunggu sekitar 30 menit. Di pelataran restoran terdapat kumpulan jeep sewaan dan driver untuk mengantar ke tempat wisata di sekitarnya. Para driver juga ramah, sigap, bahkan mau memfoto kami. Kamarnya masih nyaman, dingin sekali, suhu tengah malam bisa mencapai 12 derajat Celsius. TV sudah android dengan layar kecil. Tersedia kompor gas yang sepertinya rusak. Wajan goreng juga tersedia. Handuknya seperti baru. Saat akan mandi, water heaternya kecil dan pemanasannya memakan waktu lama. Harus menunggu 1 jam jika air panasnya sudah dipakai. Di kamar mandi periksa lagi di sudut-sudutnya, ada banyak binatang dengan kaki banyak, warna hitam, kecil. Siap-siap jika ingin ke sini bawa ember dan gayung serta teko pemanas air dengan kapasitas besar jika ingin mandi. Karena water heaternya tidak berguna untuk banyak orang. Sarapan pagi menu hanya 2 macam, nasi goreng atau ayam goreng dan diantar ke kamar sekitar jam 7. Ayam gorengnya berukuran jumbo. Nasi gorengnya enak, seperti bumbu mi instan, hanya dingin saat disajikan. Teh tawar juga disediakan. Terima kasih kepada pengelola Taman Syailendra. Sukses terus.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Telaga Warna, Batu Ratapan Angin, Kawah Sikidang, dan Titik Nol. Tidak perlu jauh-jauh untuk berkumpul atau mencari makanan, karena bisa ke Titik Nol. Resepsionisnya ramah dan baik hati. Sarapan cukup enak, nasi gorengnya. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Mohon tingkatkan lagi pantri, alat makan dan masak bisa lebih lengkap, dan juga kebersihannya. Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan wisata Dieng Park, Candi Arjuno, dan Telaga Warna. Kamarnya cukup nyaman, mungkin bisa dilengkapi dengan penghangat ruangan jika memungkinkan. Perhatikan saluran air di kamar mandi, karena saat jumlah air yang banyak, pembuangan airnya menjadi tergenang. Secara keseluruhan, kebersihannya cukup bersih, mungkin perlu disediakan hanger tambahan, mungkin bisa disediakan 2- 4 hanger.

Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan berbagai tempat, seperti Gua Semar dan Kompleks Candi Arjuna. Tapi menurut saya pelayanannya sangat tidak memuaskan. Kami memesan 5 cottage dan kebetulan saat check-in kami datang pada pukul 12 siang dan kamar kami belum siap karena tamu sebelumnya belum check-out. Waktu check-in adalah pukul 2 dan pukul 1.20 Kamar belum siap. Jangan berharap pelayanan pemulihan ya, biasanya hotel besar memberikan, tapi mbok ya kasih minum dulu sambil menunggu dan itu tidak! Saya berjalan ke restoran, berharap bisa menunggu disana, tetapi sama, katanya karena ramai, makanan bisa memakan waktu 1,5 jam lagi. Sudah emosi saya, karena capek dalam perjalanan dan lapar. Jam 2 diinformasikan bahwa kamarku sudah siap, ok, mereka bersiap-siap untuk check-in. Sesampainya di kamar, ok, cukup besar, tapi kebersihannya menurut saya sangat buruk. Sprei masih saya menemukan rambut lepas dan rambut lainnya. Saat saya menyeduh teh, ambil cup, cupnya kotor dan isi rambut juga. Saat mandi, katanya ada air hangatnya, saya mendapat seiprit dan berubah menjadi sangat dingin. Lain kali kalau kesini, mending cari yang lain.

Lokasinya tidak jauh dari Taman Dieng, Telaga Warna, dan Dieng Plateau yang jaraknya kurang lebih 1 kilometer. Kami menginap di cottage yang memiliki 2 kamar tidur (1 tempat tidur twin dan 1 tempat tidur king), dilengkapi dengan TV di setiap kamar, serta kursi dan meja. Kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan satu dapur, dan satu ruang kosong untuk sholat. Meskipun udara di sana sangat dingin, lantainya berembun karena udaranya yang dingin. Di malam hari, ada penjual ronde dan jagung manis, serta api unggun. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini sangat bagus dan bisa menampung banyak orang dengan harga sekitar 1 juta.
