1. KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, juicer and coffee machine, water dispenser, and a complete set of utensils.

2. COMFORT:
Each bedroom, the master bathroom, and living room areas are all equipped with air conditioning units to ensure the most comfortable temperature during your stay.

3. SMART TV:
The living room and each bedroom are furnished with smart TV, offering access to a variety of entertainment options and streaming services such as Netflix.

4. PRIVATE POOL:
The villa features a private pool for your exclusive use, equipped with lounge corner and a deck for relaxation by the poolside.

5. BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Each bedroom includes a private bathroom with amenities such as a shower, sink, toilet, and a bathtub in the master bedroom.

6. ENTRANCE:
This villa is part of a very safe complex. The area is monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV and security personnel. Please note the villa is equipped with CCTV, facing only the villa entrance and non-intrusive to your privacy.

7. WI-FI:
Stay connected with complimentary and high speed Wi-Fi access throughout the villa, enabling you to browse the internet and stay in touch.

8. BEDDING AND LINEN:
The beds are fitted with quality mattresses, and we provide cotton sheets and towels to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
