Harganya juga terjangkau. Pemiliknya responsif dan baik hati. Pemandangannya pun simpel namun elegan. Lokasinya deket banget dari jalan raya, jadi gampang mau kemana-mana. Suasananya bikin betah berikut pemandangannya yang simpel namun anggun.
