To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below: - This villa has 2 bedrooms for maximum occupancy of 4 people. If staying more than 4 people, max. only accepts additional 2 people with an additional charge IDR 150,000/person/night for adults over 12 years and IDR 80,000/person/night for children aged 4-12 years (extra bed are not provided). - Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Bringing animals/pets to the villa is not permitted. - Smoking is only permitted in open areas, not permitted indoors. - Please turn off all air conditioning when not in the villa, - We expect any damages/breakages/loss caused by the guests during their stay, to be replaced by the guests or cost of replacement covered by the guests.
- Late check-out is upon request but it is subject to availability with additional cost.- For last minute booking on that day, after 4pm Bali Time are not accepted. - During the check-in process, our staff will take a photo of the guest's KTP or passport (ID). - Parking space in front of the villa, is enough for 1 car.

About Villa Mana Sari

Mana Sari is a private villa with an outdoor pool located in Ubud. The 625-sqm villa has an antique wooden Joglo-style house with whitewash finishing and terrazzo floors.
Guests can choose to relax on the customized teak wood king bed with over-sized cushions, or on the 8 m L-shaped sofa. The property has a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious walk-in closet, and an enormous outdoor bathroom with a custom-made bathtub and a rain shower. The second bedroom features a teak wood queen bed, an outdoor bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the river.
Mana Sari offers a rooftop organic garden, a shady lounge area, and a common outdoor space with access to the deck and the swimming pool.
Free private parking is available on site. All units have a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
The property is conveniently located near yoga studios, restaurants and cafes. Ubud Palace is 1.1 km from Mana Sari. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, 29 km from Mana Sari.
Disclaimer : Please kindly be noted that we are in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Hence, you will hear animal sounds like gecko, frog, and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals while they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.
