Location was wonderful! We walked everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants. The suite was spacious. We loved that our two boys got their own small bedroom with comfortable twin beds. The living room furniture is a little old and the place felt a bit dusty but all in all we loved our stay!

Property is in an excellent location, staff was friendly and accommodating, apartment is spacious and comfortable. The couch could use an update but the mattresses, blankets and pillows were comfortable and clean.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything was perfect. Great location, clean, spacious, cozy bed, friendly staff. We arrived before check-in, left our bags for the day, and when we returned in the evening, bags had been taken to our room for us, which was fantastic. Thank you!

Stayed 4 days at Shamai Suites in december during boxing week. Arrived at night after reception had closed, but had previously received info on how to get into the building and the apartment with a door code. Clean spacious apartment on 6th floor with balcony and view of the city. Double bed was good to sleep in. Daily room service. Kitchenette. Two rooms had a heatpump for the cold evenings when i was there. Friendly and helpful reception. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very good location for exploring Jerusalem. Would stay here again.

Super emplacement à proximité de tout : restos, boutiques, tram... Seulement à 10 mn de marche du marché et de la vieille ville, quasiment entre ces deux points. Le logement était propre ainsi que la literie qui de plus était confortable. J'ai apprécié la mise à disposition de l'éponge à vaisselle neuve encore emballée et du produit vaisselle. Le personnel, tant à la réception qu'au service des suites fut sympa, souriant et respectueux. Bonne adresse à Jérusalem !

The apartment was HUGE. A big bedroom with full-sized bathroom, tv, and air conditioner; a smaller bedroom with two twin beds and air conditioner; a big living room with tv, air conditioner, a fold-out couch, another chair, a table; a full-sized kitchen with regular refrigerator, one burner, plates, silverware, pots and pans, counter to sit at. A balcony. Room cleaned every day, including on Friday and Saturday; towels changed. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so there is no buffet Israeli breakfast but it is centrally located in a fun district with lots of restaurants and stores. I'd return.

We enjoyed our stay at Shamai Suites very much. Our stay was for four nights. The value was excellent: very comfortable and clean comfortable bedding, nice washroom, kitchenette and sitting area too. We found the staff to be helpful and polite. BTW, you cannot ask for a better location in a very vibrant part of Jerusalem. I suppose that like any other accommodations, if you look long and hard enough, you’ll find imperfections. This place is no different. But for whatever blemishes there might be, we highly recommend this hotel/suites for your stay in fascinating Jerusalem.
