The location is amazing, right behind the Milan Duomo. Overall, the apartment was nice and spacious but the bathroom (sink, shower, etc.) was old and the overall apartment was not as clean as I was expecting.

It could have been so much more. The location was great, one block from Piazza Duomo. The washer/dryer was a plus. Make sure you make check in arrangements before arrival. The bathroom was in serious need of a deep cleaning. Multiple light bulbs needed replacing, a small thing, but in convenient. A lot of city noise, but not a problem for us.

It was a very funky (decor) and lovely apartment, very close to major attractions and transport. Missing sheets and towels for our grandson, no wifi, shampoo instead of washing up liquid under sink. Poor communication could not contact host at all including for checkout instructions ( reception unmanned)

The property is a one-bedroom apartment in a secure residential building. Checking in did not go smoothly despite our repeated efforts ahead of time. “Beddyway” has no presence in the building. Before we left the US we tried to contact them and hotels.com tried also. Email, text, and phone calls were all futile. In Italy the Tuesday before our Friday arrival we reached someone who assured us that all we had to do was call again and she’d send a representative to let us in. We arrived Friday a little after 4pm. We left voice mail and sent texts to no avail. Finally, a resident of the building returning home who spoke both Italian and English intervened on our behalf and made phone calls. She got through to a person who promised someone would come in 10 minutes. Over a half hour later a representative arrived and let me in. He did not have a good command of the English language but did manage to explain the keys (three keys for three different locks--I said the building was secure), but could not provide a second set so that my husband and I could be independent. Apartment was clean and in a good location but maintenance had been neglected. The shower was broken and the electric outlet on the window side of the bed was dead (thus no reading light) and the light sconce on the wall was also inoperable. Someone from Beddyway texted to see if everything was OK. Not OK, we texted back and detailed the problems but never heard from them again and nothing got fixed.
