Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal und ein schöner Pool. Ein Sache die uns gestört hat, waren die Handtücher. Die haben leider sehr gefusselt beim abtrocknen. Und etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung in unserem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Sonst war alles top!

Wir haben im Borgo Bevagna 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht in der großen Familien-Suite. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen mehrere andere Gäste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf Rundreise. Die Suite war geräumig mit 3 Badezimmern und 2 Außenduschen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gab eine große, schön bepflanzte und ab Mittag schattige Terrasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln und einem Whirlpool. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und für Italien reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich mit Kuchen, Brötchen, Eiern, frischem Obst, Säften und Joghurt und Kaffeespezialitäten nach Wunsch. Der Pool scheint recht neu und ist schön angelegt mit modernen Luftbetten und Schirmen. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und hat uns schon vor der Ankunft per WhatsApp kontaktiert. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war einwandfrei. Das Borgo ist nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Theoretisch könnte man es in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, was sich anbietet, da beliebte Ziele ca. 45-90 Minuten entfernt sind. Restaurants gibt es einige in der Umgebung. Minuspunkte waren: - häufige Stromausfälle (wir haben irgendwann herausgefunden, wie wir diese selbst beheben); in einem Raum ging das Licht zunächst nicht an und später nicht mehr aus - häufig Mäuse im Appartement (Lage direkt am Feld) - etwas wenig Schatten am Pool - Pool müsste regelmäßiger gesäubert werden Insgesamt ein nettes B&B mit viel Potential und Charme.

Hotel en chantier, il y a du potentiel mais beaucoup de travail encore. D’ailleurs on se demande si on ne dérange pas un peu car on vit avec les employés du chantier tous les jours. Les employés de l’hôtel et les ouvriers sont dans le bar/restaurant en permanence. On ne sent intrus. La chambre soit disant surclassée avec la douche à 40 cm de la tête de lit alors que la salle de bain est derrière le séjour? Séjour qui n’a pas de rideau et qui est en face de l’accueil… très compliqué, obligé de se vêtir à chaque aller-retour vers la salle de bain ou les toilettes. Néanmoins le site pourrait être agréable mais il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir. Merci à la jeune fille qui est au petit déjeuner et au ménage et au checkout… elle fait de son mieux avec beaucoup de gentillesse, discrétion et un grand sourire. La seule a avoir compris les codes du tourisme et de l’accueil.

Außen hui, innen leider pfui – mehr Schein als Sein Auf den Fotos wirkt das Hotel charmant und hochwertig, doch vor Ort kam schnell die Ernüchterung. Unser Zimmer bot kaum Möglichkeiten zur Kleideraufbewahrung – gerade einmal 10 Kleiderbügel für zwei Personen. Ein Fernseher war zwar vorhanden, jedoch ohne Fernbedienung und somit völlig unbrauchbar. Die Handtücher fusselten extrem, was sehr unangenehm war. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: trockene Aufbackbrötchen, je eine Sorte Käse und Wurst, etwas Joghurt, Müsli und tiefgekühlter Kuchen – das war’s. Kein frisches Obst, keine Abwechslung, keine Qualität. Besonders ärgerlich: An 5 von 7 Tagen funktionierte der Hauptstrom im Zimmer nicht – Deckenlampen, Spiegelbeleuchtung usw. blieben dunkel. Nur die Steckdosen gingen noch. Immerhin wurden uns kleine Stehlampen gebracht, aber das war nur ein schwacher Trost. Ein schwerwiegender Punkt: Uns wurden fälschlicherweise fast 900 € zu viel abgebucht – und auf die Rückerstattung warten wir immer noch. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern einfach inakzeptabel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der kleine Pool – sauber und schön gestaltet – sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das stets bemüht war, zu helfen. Leider konnte das den Gesamteindruck nicht retten. Man hat das Gefühl, dass hier vor allem auf schnellen Profit gesetzt wird – Leidenschaft oder Liebe zum Detail sucht man vergebens. Fazit: Leider nicht empfehlenswert – wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen.
