My wife and I are a couple and they want to take this place back to our hometown. Our stay in this place was a little rough. We came a little late but our host was kind enough to let us know how things work like the shower and showed us around the apartment. He showed us around the room to make sure we were settled and understood how things worked. The garden and views from the room were lovely, perfect, picturesque Tuscany. The next morning was good. I woke up between two and five in the mornings. The garden was nice and picturesque, so it didn't have a lot of noise from the neighbors and the residents. On the five mornings, we heard individuals walking around, closing the door, flushing the toilet. Then the host and another guest would loudly slamming a door, walking down the stairs and yelling loudly. Finally, when the car was started, the doors were slammed and off it goes up the drive. This isn't what you want on holiday! Combine that with the persistent dog barking we frequently hear, and if you reserve here, Id say you would most definitely want earplugs with you. The pool itself was nice, though not as clean as the photos showed, and the pool itself was a little dirty, with some fallen leaves and foliage, which was to be anticipated in the

It is a typical Tuscan countryside farmhouse that is hard to get to and has no other means to get there, and there is no customer support at any local train station. The apartment where I stayed is very nice, well-equipped, and big enough for four people. The children's play area is a bit difficult, but the pool is a plus, particularly in the summer. The area is very peaceful. My assessment is low because the manager has been quite abrupt, I had guests for a day, I clearly warned them to come, and the owner was always around and looked suspicious as if I wanted to scrounge up the entrance to those friends. I've been annoyed by this behavior for a while, my friends felt uncomfortable, and I'm not sure I'll ever come back, even if I suggest visiting the area because it's beautiful.

A warm welcome from luca the owner-manager, a lovely guy. The hotel is in a wonderful position in stunning countryside, encircled by vineyards, lavender, forests, and flowers. There are plenty of birds and other wildlife, it is truly a nature lover's paradise. The owner did everything he could to make it happen. The pool is ideal, a good size, simple to reach, and surrounded by trees, but not so many that it blocks the view. The rooms are clean and spacious. Will surely return for a longer stay next time.

I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was very recommended. This is the best place to stay while vacationing to Italy. The location is close to the beach and beautiful scenery with a very good atmosphere. And, I want to stay here longer.

I can't find a better place to spend vacations with 3 kids than this ville. Great location, close to most beautiful Tuscan and Maria cities, terrible swimming pool, beautiful apartments with all amenities, and very friendly owner, Lucy. What else could you wish for? Only recommend it and hope to return soon. An austrian Spanish family.
