Realmente muy cómodos, nos seguimos bien incluso colaboraron con adelantarnos el desayuno ya que debíamos dejar el hotel muy temprano en la mañana. Es muy tranquilo y seguro.

A very nice little hotel 15 min walk from the railway station, but still comfortably away from the biggest tourist hordes. Near to vaporetto lines 4&5, ten minutes walk from 1&2. Many good restaurants at the nearest big canal. We had a beautiful bedroom&kitchen -apartment with enough room; aircon and wifi worked well, shower was a little tricky at times. Good breakfast was brought up to the room, cooking the meals yourself would be possible, too. Although office is open only a limited time, they have a good system to make arrival possible at any time of day or night. Appreciated the luggage storage, possible during our hiking week in the Dolomites, and when we left later in the afternoon. Above all, very friendly, competent and flexible service!

Really enjoyed our stay. However the shower was broken so it only worked at one height. There is no lift either which was a pain with my toddlers buggy but didn't impact our stay much at all. Really enjoyed the breakfast and was a nice touch to bring it up to the hotel room, however there was no where for the 3 of us to eat it so we made quite a mess of the bed daily. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was very glad I chose this hotel. The room was excellent value and very comfortable. I was only there for one night so did not use the kitchenette and washing machine but if I was there for longer, they would have been useful I liked being in Cannaregio. I hope to stay here again next time I am in Venice.

Simplesmente fabuloso. O hotel já nos surpreendeu com um chá com torradas em nosso quarto, de boas vindas. A atendente (Chiara) é uma simpatia em pessoa! A localização do hotel é ótima, que apesar de situar-se 15 minutos a pé (em Veneza isso é ordem), fica numa área absolutamente silenciosa. Relaxamento total! Nosso quarto ainda tinha uma banheira maravilhosa, TV a cabo e internet de alta velocidade. E o café da manhã... que chocolate quente!!! No final do dia, podíamos passar na cozinha para pegar croissants que restaram do café (forma sustentável de dar valor aos alimentos, pois teriam, do contrário, que jogá-los fora). Recomendo e, se um dia Deus me permitir, voltaremos!

Restaurants in this area have a better price and generally better food in these out lying areas as opposed to the main streets one tends to walk to look at shops. It seems global climate change is raising the water levels in Venice so during times or wind expect some water along canal routes. For 10 euro's you can buy a water proof plastic liner for your shoes or boots.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is located near the train station and the Aliaguna line A to the airport. It's in the quieter area of Venice, but within walking distance to all the touristic points.

What an amazing, simple and extremely cozy little hotel, hidden away from all the masses of tourists, all the noise, the hassle, perfect to relax and just a short walk away from all the popular spots. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is more of a welcome home stay. I highly recommend this little hidden gem for those who do not require a 5 star luxury retreat and for those who like it rather quiet. We will return.

Needed a base for business meeting in Padova. Very easy to reach the hotel from airport by boat, just a small walk form boat station. Also small walk to railway station to get the train Padova and back.

We stayed one night in the Attic which was spacious with a large lounge, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, shower/wc room and a terrace overlooking the small public square below. Very pleasant decor. You won't see many tourists around this location although it's only a 1km walk from the station. We ate in the I Tre Archi restaurant/pizzeria (second visit) - make sure you book because it gets crowded from 7.30pm onwards.
