The property is centrally located. There are lots of stairs to the property and steep stairs to the unit. Felt safe and the location was quiet. Room and bathroom were clean. The AC struggled to keep the room cool. Overall the stay was nice and would recommend.

Very centrally located, only a short walk to the train station but located up 2 long flight of stairs so be wary of heavy suitcases. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Would stay again.

A quaint place with so much space. The included breakfast was satisfying and stayed with the local nuances. Only downfall, the villages closes so early at night, leaving you with nothing to do so a TV in the room would be nice.

Fantastic staff. Francesca & Veronica treated me like family. Sumptious, fresh breakfast with homemade ‘torta di giorno’. Clean, quiet room with fridge & heat pot for tea. Lots (& lots) of stairs but worth it. Grazie mille!

I call to request the nicoletta suite and I can confirm that the nicoletta unit has the stunning balcony. We loved our room immensely for its location, amenities, and of course, the balcony. There are so many stairs to get there, and you can be winded, but the staff was kind enough to help with our luggage, but it is all worth it once you arrive at the room! Every day, we enjoyed the included breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, dining on the outdoor patio in the middle of the main square right next to the water. We also enjoyed being able to see our balcony when we were down on the square and out on the water. The bell tower wasn't even a problem considering it was my concern before our stay, although there was some construction going on below the room at the time.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. What a great place! It is a bit difficult to get to the room but definitely worth it! The room and bathroom are clean. The balcony is large and with a beautiful view!!

This hotel has an excellent hotel for tourists. This hotel has an amazing view. We stayed in a large double room with a balcony which has a sea view. This hotel has good facilities, it has a comfortable bed. However, the only downside is that they have to take 5 flights of stairs to get to the room. We stayed in a spacious double room with a balcony which looks like a sea view. This place is a must-visit place.

The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor at sunset is stunning. The room is simply comfortable furnished. The flimsy shower stall that was placed is very slick and there are no bars if you lose your balance. The biggest caveat is that the long stone staircase from the piazza is difficult. The stone steps are high, irregular, and quite dark. having a flashlight undoubtedly helped. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast in Cafe Vulnetsia is simple but delicious. You order whatever you like, despite the limited options. I highly recommend it to anyone who is strong enough to take the stairs.
