Hotel is close walk to Ostiense train station and Pyramid metro, making it convenient to airport and all around Rome. Located in residential neighborhood with great restaurants, good prices. Room was comfortable with private bath and staff were kind. We appreciated the gracious upgrade to two adjoining rooms each with bath as mother/daughter travelling together. Would stay here again for the room price, access around Rome, and neighborhood with affordable food and drink.

Tutto ok, ambiente pulito, qualche piccolissima pecca nella manutenzione. Il quartiere è molto bello, la camera dista a una manciata di minuti da eatily ed è una zona ricca di ristoranti bar gelaterie sushi... Uno più carino dell'altro. Colazione base (caffè o cappuccino con brioche). C'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito a 3/400 metri prendendo la strada di fronte all'ingresso della camera e andando sempre dritti. Vicinissimo alla metro, si sente il rumore del treno, ma non è fastidioso. Ci tornerò. Consigliato

ローマの友達の家の近くに一泊で泊まりました。場所が、わかりずらかったですが、わかってしまえば、便利な場所でした。部屋も綺麗で可愛く、1人では十分な広さでした。次回もまた、利用したいと思います。

tutto ottimo (quando dicono l'apparenza inganna)quando arrivi il contesto lascia un po a desiderare, ma all'interno, tutto pulito e praticamente nuovo personale molto disponibile e gentile. oltre alla camera, tra l'altro molto bella e dotata di tutti i confort, vi e' una cucina a disposizione per pranzi o cene fai da te munita di tutto. Per me e' tranquillamente paragonabile ad un cinque stelle (tra l'latro al prezzo tra i piu bassi di roma).

I love this place. This is my second time staying here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The private shower and bathroom are nice. The bed is comfy and the wifi is strong. The A/C works well. The location is great as it is just a 5 minute walk to the Piramide metro station - perfect for taking the train to the beach or heading into the city center. You can also walk to the Colosseum in 30 minutes. Stay here. It's lovely.

Questo albergo è in realtà un appartamento situato a pochi passi dalla stazione metro di piramide e quindi comodissimo per raggiungere il centro. Il personale, gentilissimo, ci ha consegnato le chiavi del portone del palazzo di modo da essere pienamente indipendenti e poter tornare a qualunque orario. Ci sono stati consegnati dei tagliandi i per poter fare colazione gratuitamente in un bar vicino. Per chi vuole cucinare c'è anche una comoda cucina completa di tutto. Le camere sono ampie e bellissime, pulite e comode. Avevamo prenotato una tripla e abbiamo avuto una camera doppia con due letti matrimoniali, due bagni, due tv! L'unica pecca è la rumorosità dovuta alla stazione dei treni, ma sopportabilissima dato che di notte passano pochissimi treni! Lo consiglio per un viaggio a Roma low cost senza rinunciare a nulla!

This B&B was really comfortable during my stay there for five nights with excellent high speed WI FI. The status of room, toilet and bathroom were all clean. In terms of traffic it is located in comfortable location about 200m apart from METRO.

I would recommend this place. This place is very nice. The condition of my room is very clean, also the bed is comfortable, as well as the staff, this place has good cleanliness with an excellent daily cleaning and breakfast, everything that I like is nice and comfortable.

The price for the room was higher, but maybe the timing is related. I'll definitely remain at Cléopatra once more. I reserved this be and was very pleased with the service. The bathroom and my room were both exceptionally clean. There wasn't room for a bidet in the bathroom, which was rather narrow. That wasn't an issue, however. You had to go up to enter the chamber because the shower was at least in my room. Anyone with knee problems should avoid this, in my opinion. The shower water was transitioning from being chilly to muted in the early hours. I had to shower and make it to an appointment, so I used chilly showering. The water was hot when I returned late at night. I'm not sure if it's set aside to be hot at certain hours? My mattress was cozy, the room was nice, and the receptionist was really courteous ad helpful. Breakfast wasn't served in the structure, but I left early. They give you a voucher to have brunch at a nearby bar. The location is a pyramid, and there is a French restaurant open 247 across the street from the be. The neighborhood is numerous stores, restaurants, and stores across the street.

We had a pleasant stay and would recommend Cleopatra all around. We were greeted by an English speaking gentleman. He gave us basic information about the region, but this was enough to get us from I to I. The room was clean and spacious even though the sliding bathroom door really needs some wi-fi 40. Really noisy, you could hear the bathroom doors from other rooms. The kitchen was a plus. It was clean and had everything you needed to prepare meals. Breakfast must be available across the street. The guys in the cafe are very rude and do not care about serving you. Disgusting attitude. Maybe an area to be improved.

I enjoyed the hotel itself, it was clean, comfortable, close to the train and metro, and close to good restaurants. But I must say that it is extremely difficult to find because there is a cultural distinction. Is a first floor apartment, but the Romans call it the zero floor so it is a second story location, and when we were standing 10 feet from it, the helpful neighbors sent us to the wrong hotel several blocks away. To locate cleopatra, try this. There is a yellow apartment building visible from the Osne railway station next to a park. As you walk up the road there is a fruit store, then the building, then the park. Somehow get into the interior courtyard of that building. They are reworking so there is some construction. Go all the way around to the back of the courtyard. There is an unmarked hotel there that is not the cleopatra but they have the keys to it and will let you in. Breakfast is served in a bake shop on the same side of the street about 10 doors down the street.
