The apt was amazing for the location. Just one street over from the Duomo and lots of restaurants, shopping, tram, metro, museums, opera, etc. It really cannot be beat for location !!! Downsides to the apt. It is on the 6th floor, which is OK since it there is an elevator, however, you can still hear the tram noise which runs just below the bedroom window. The air conditioner was just barely adequate to cool the rooms down and it was not an exceptionally hot time (although it was August) We ended up replacing the batteries to the remote to even turn them on since they were essentially dead. The apt had a very "used" feel. Yes, it is a remodeled old apt, but the chairs on the kitchen table wobbled and felt like they would cave in any minute. The arms of the sofa wobbled like someone really large sat on them and broke an interior connection. The dishes were all mismatched and very old. The shower head would not stay up so you were either forced to hold it or stand in the corner. The white couch and throw pillows were dirty (I mean GROSS dirty). The pillows should have been tossed a year or so ago they were completely flat and lumpy. The walls needed to be scrubbed down or painted. So, overall a completely functional place and like I said, awesome location, but it felt like it had been abused a bit from previous guests.

Terrible! They left weeks of dirty laundry and linens in the closet. It stunk. The internet didnt work, the shower was broken, the sink was broken, the couch looked like baby pooped on it and the throw pillows had nasty, human stains and crud all over it. There were bare electrical sockets, and all the lights didnt work. I had to threaten to call the police to get any communication. They said they would not intervene to fix anything and only came to get the dirty bags when I told them I tossed them in the hallway and if they went missing its not my fault. There’s more, but thats the heavy stuff. Ill be requesting a full refund. I took pictures and have screen shots of communication with the property manager. Oh, we have 4 people and they only had 2 real pillows....which were torn, soiled, and 10 years old. The wouldnt do anything about that either. You couldnt pay ME money to stay back there.
