The surroundings of this location are nice at this time. Great pool and stunning view of the room. But when we arrived, the room was wrong. We booked a room with a kitchenette, because we are on a limited budget and bring our own food to minimize cost, but we weren't given that due to a mistake at checkin. We understand this when it happens, mistakes happen! But there was nothing to compensate for the room change. We were not refunded or given anything as a result of their mistake. I understand everything, but we become irritated when establishments fail to correct their mistakes. Be aware that if something comes up, you will probably not be refunded accordingly. We hope the rest of our stay here will make up for this lack of effort.

We had a great time at relays freedom. The pools area with a view of Capri was really lovely, and the rooms were rustic. There are a few excellent restaurant choices close by that are reasonably priced. Due to the narrow streets, we had trouble finding by car, but we made a mistake. If you are going on, I would advise arriving at day light. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast was satisfying. The employees were pleasant. Overall, Relay's Freedom offered decent value.
