Terrific location right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see, yet surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great communication. In a lovely area very close to the tower etc but away from noise and bustle. Free water and coffee etc. Lovely rooms with all you would need. Breakfast provided in a little cafe around the corner where staff were super friendly and kind. A great little spot to stay in Pisa.

Fantastic spot to the stay for a night in Pisa. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated (looked to have been recently refurbished). We were also able to check in 2 hours early which was really appreciated.

I enjoyed a great one night stay here while passing through Pisa. The property is easy to find and well maintained. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Self check-in was simple and straightforward, and the owner is very responsive to any questions. The only issue I had was that I'd requested an airport pickup, which is listed on the website as an optional add-on, but unfortunately Luisa was unable to secure a driver for me. It wasn't a big deal and I was able to easily take a cab, but someone who is booking a room here and expecting to book a driver should be aware that it's not guaranteed and subject to availability. Again it's easy enough to get to via taxi though, so not a problem. I would recommend this hotel for a clean, quiet, no fuss visit.

Absolutely spotlessly clean and beautifully and stylishly renovated. We really loved this room. It was a short walk one way to the tower and 4 minutes walk the other way to lots of cool restaurants, shops and bars. Perfectly central to everything you’d need. Luisa was a great, kind and very supportive host with lots valuable local information. We really enjoyed our Pisa experience here and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thoroughly recommend!!

We had a really lovely stay in Pisa. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags when we arrived early. Breakfast was served at a nearby venue which was absolutely lovely. While it wasn't a full breakfast, the complimentary coffee and croissant were excellent and a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with friendly service, great cleanliness, and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again.
