Péssima experiência de hotel, uma das piores que já tive na vida. O hotel não tem placa informando onde é, o site é confuso. Chegando lá, temos que subir 03 andares de escada com todas as malas, são quase 100 lances de escada. O chuveiro é ruim e tinha cabelo no vaso sanitário. Única coisa que salva é o atendente do chat que é prestativo e a localização. Nunca mais fico lá na vida.

I stayed at the Olga’s house for my last 2 days in Florence. The bathroom was dirty, the towels that were given were also dirty and there were bugs in the room. Not only was the bathroom dirty but it was just really small in general and there was minimal moving room in the shower. The shower water rose up pretty quickly and had to turn off the shower to let it drain and then turn the water back on several times while showering. There’s alot a long hose in the middle of the shower and was just in the way which made it that much harder to move around in the already small shower. The code we were given for the outside door didn’t work and there wasn’t an immediate number we were able to call to let us in. It was through WhatsApp messaging but even we would have to wait for a response. I did enjoy that it was right in the city center
