Quiet Hours Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 Pm to 8:00 Am. Respect the Property Treat the home as if it were your own. Report any damages immediately. No parties or events allowed. Cleanliness Please keep the apartment tidy. Dispose of trash in the designated bins and clean up after yourself. If using the kitchen, wash and store dishes properly after use. Safety Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety devices. Guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you wish to have visitors, please inform us in advance. Utilities Turn off lights, Ac, and other appliances when not in use to conserve energy. Local Wildlife Enjoy the beautiful flamingos and other local wildlife from a distance. Do not feed or disturb them. Beach Equipment Rinse off sand from beach equipment before bringing it into the apartment. Use the provided beach towels responsibly.
