Ein schönes,modernes Appartement mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht.Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet,alledings war das Besteck und Geschirr sehr mager vorhanden,so ,dass man nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anstellen musste. Der Pool war ausreichend ,aber sehr überchlort. Sehr gute Eisdiele in der Nähe. Absolut überzeugt hat uns der Empfang im Hotel Spiaggia d'Oro und das tolle,köstliche Frühstück.

Se siete in auto il residence è veramente comodo. In zona tranquilla, con bella vista sul lago. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e comodo. Noi ci siamo stati una notte, ma è ottimo per passarci qualche giorno.

What a location. For the views over the lake they are spectacular! The apartment block is relatively new so very clean and modern. The only let down is the air conditioning which is only in the living room/kitchen area. The main bedroom does not benefit from the AC meaning humid and hot July nights it can be very difficult to sleep. The pool is a little on the small side but perfectly adequate for a dip to cool off. The balcony in our room was huge meaning you could easily sunbathe as a family of 4 on your own balcony looking over the lake. No need for towels on sunbeds at 6am! Again the views are spectacular. There is very little in terms of amenities near the apartment with an approximate 1 mile walk down very steep hills to get to the local shops, bars and restaurants. The shopping trip for supplies definitely needs a car as the climb back up carrying groceries is a killer! But all worthwhile for the views sat eating local produce on your private balcony. If you are looking for a location off the beaten track with the views over the lake but not the hustle and bustle then this place is perfect.

Eine wunderschöne Woche verlebt; Geräumige Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Die Ausstattung hätte ein bisschen mehr sein können zBsp Eierbecher, Müslischälchen und statt 2 Teelöffel einige mehr. Auf Nachfrage gab es Kaffeemaschine, das war klasse.

Haben eine Woche im Mai in der Residence verbracht. Etwas verwirrend war der Hinweis, dass der Check-In unter einer anderen Adresse erfolgen soll, dort angekommen, erfuhren wir, dass dieser Umweg nicht notwendig gewesen wäre, denn die Rezeption in der Residence war besetzt (sollte beim Reiseplan etwas deutlicher beschrieben werden). Der junge Mann in der Unterkunft war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, zeigte und erklärte uns alles sehr ausgiebig und schon da war der Blick von der Terrasse das Highlight der Unterkunft. Leider muss unser Appartment im Erdgeschoss zu den etwas einfacherern der Residence gehört haben, denn wir verfügten nicht wie beschrieben über 2 Sofas, sondern nur über eins und auch ein Wasserkocher sowie eine Mikrowelle waren nicht vorhanden. Das zum Schlafen umfunktionierte eine Sofa war etwas "klapprig", so dass wir zu dritt nicht drauf sitzen konnten. Ein kleines Manko war auch die Lage direkt an der Straße, wo auch abends sehr viel Verkehr herrschte und es ziemlich laut bei offenen Fenstern war. Dennoch möchten wir die Zeit in der Residence nicht missen, der nette junge Mann war immer bemüht und wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit mit zum Schluss allerbestem Wetter und der Ausblick machte wirklich fast alles wieder wett! :-)

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit grosszügiger Terasse und anschliessenden Garten. Einiges Manko war im Bad, das man (gerade wenn man etwas beleibter ist), beim Einstieg in die Dusche sich recht plagen musste da dieser recht eng war. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Apartment liegt oben auf einem Hügel. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Wunderschöne große Terrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Terrasse ebenfalls gut ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen und Tisch und Stühlen. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist der Komfort des Bettes.

No hay nadie en recepcion en ningun momento. Todo hay que hacerlo en un hotel a 15 minutos de auto. Es incomodo. Las toallas y la limpiezan la hacen cada 4 dias , no es bueno eso.

Das Haus an sich mit der tollen Aussicht war schon klasse. Wir hatten aber die Wohnung mit der Gartenseite, die zu nah an der Strasse liegt. Es war zu laut und die Abgase zogen auch teilweise in die Wohnung. Die Einrichtung könnte auch erneuert werden, viele Stühle waren kaputt und die Pfanne bei uns zerkratzt. Man muss aber sagen: unsere Beanstandungen wurden gleich behoben, eine Watsapp- Nachricht hat ausgereicht.

Schöner Blick aber im Erdgeschoß sehr laut da direkt an der Straße. Die Ausstattung hält bei weitem nicht, was die Fotos versprechen. Wir hatten bei Belegung mit 4 Personen genau EIN Weinglas im Schrank. Ein Bild fiel ungefragt von der Wand und auf der Terrasse gibt es kein WLAN.

The apartment was tired and was not reflective of the images shown on the website. The beds were old and very uncomfortable with springs pushing through the mattress. Check in at although at a different hotel was fine and the staff very attentive as was the welcome drinks. There is nothing near to the apartments and you must drive to visit anywhere for food drink or exploration. This meant we spent most of our time away from the apartment. We wouldn't stay again as we would expect a more up to date and accessible apartment for the money we paid.
