LOVED this place! It’s huge, cute, clean, centrally located, and has a super nice bathroom. Also has your own A/C unit which was awesome! Highly recommend especially for the price.

Really central location, very comfortable bed and spacious room. There was a big wardrobe and the mini fridge was really useful for keeping water cool. I read a review saying there wasn’t any soap or anywhere to hang your towels but we had soap and shower gel provided in the room as well as a hook for towels to dry.

It is a walk up, there is a lift in the building but not for guest. If you are traveling with big luggages, prepare to carry them yourself. Everything else met our expectation. Location is great too.

It looked like a newer property that was not totally set up for receiving visitors: there were no hangers for a hand towel in the bathroom, there was no hand soap provided either. There was a note in the room that asked for guests to make sure everything was functional (water was running, towels available, toilet flushes) which we felt should have been done by the staff.

Increíble ubicación, para ser Florencia está remodelado el departamento entonces es un mega PLUS. Tiene baño amplio, clóset, televisión y una cama grande. Es ideal para turistas porque está a 3 minutos de la iglesia más importante de firenze

Nossa estadia em Florença foi, no geral, bastante agradável. A localização do apartamento/hotel é excelente: perto dos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e das ruas mais movimentadas, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. O espaço é confortável, bem equipado e a comunicação com o anfitrião/equipe foi eficiente e educada, o que facilitou o check-out e boa parte da experiência. Alguns pontos importantes para futuros hóspedes: • Escadas: o acesso ao apartamento envolve 73 degraus, equivalentes a cerca de cinco andares. Para quem está com muitas malas, esse trecho pode ser cansativo e mais demorado. • Banheiro: havia um pequeno vazamento entre o box e a pia, deixando o ambiente bastante úmido após o uso e tornando a circulação ali um pouco desconfortável. • Chegada tardia e retirada das chaves: existe cobrança para check-in considerado “tardio”, mesmo em horários relativamente comuns — chegamos por volta das 20h e já houve taxa extra. Além disso, a retirada das chaves ocorre em outro endereço, o que pode complicar um pouco a logística após uma viagem longa, especialmente carregando bagagens. Apesar desses detalhes, tivemos uma boa estadia e achamos o custo-benefício positivo, principalmente pela localização.

The rooms were generally very good, wifi didn't work nor the soap dispenser but since we were there for only one night all we needed was a good space to sleep off the jetlag. Our room was very quiet but also close to the Duomo and some very interesting mercati but 3 flights of stairs might deter some.

The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a great roof terrace. It could however have been a little more clean. Lots of dust under the beds and other places. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Room was clean, good size, and location is really good. Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not working and we needed to go up to the 3rd floor with luggage (73 stairs), very inconvenient for our situation.

Nice stay for a 3 night trip in Florence. Great location within walking distance to the Duomo and other main attractions, 20 min walk to the main train station. Aesthetically the room was great, gorgeous high ceilings and modern bathroom. However it lacked some practical elements. There was no towel rail or anywhere to hang a hand towel and larger towels. This seems like an easy fix to install some hooks on the walls or back of doors etc. Cupboard could use some more hangers. Check in is at a separate location a few minutes walk away. Room is then on the third floor and there isn't an elevator for guests. Wasn't a problem for us and we managed okay with two large suitcases so just something to keep in mind. There is no daily housekeeping, but new towels and spare toilet paper are kept outside in the communal entryway. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. You hear a lot of street noise even being on the third floor.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, es un edificio antiguo, muy cercano a la plaza del duomo, y la habitación está totalmente reformada y es muy amplia. Lo malo es que está en un 4 piso...hay un ascensor que es privado y no se puede usar, por lo que subir con equipaje se hace pesado. Además para hacer el check-in hay que ir a otro establecimiento que no está lejos pero es engorroso y las horas para hacerlo sin coste adicional son muy justas.
