Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a great 3-night stay in this apartment at the beginning of a weeklong vacation. The apartment was plenty big enough for the 4 of us to have some space after days full of sightseeing. Each room had air-conditioning although 2 of the 5 units were either out of service or just not communicating with the controllers. Even with daily temps outside of 95+ degrees during our stay, the apartment stayed comfortable. The elevator in the building was pretty small, but perfectly fine for use. We generally took the stairs which was no problem even with luggage. The building is in a super location; right next to Campo de Fiori (make sure to find the hidden passageway!). Easy walks to all the Centro Storico sites and restaurants. We even walked to the Colosseum (early a.m. to beat the heat/crowds) which took under 1/2 hour and also across the bridge over to Trastevere in under 1/4 hour. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean unit with enough appliances to eat-in although we mostly dined out. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment feels new and it’s in an ideal location with many stores, restaurants and attractions near by. The amenities are excellent including a very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machines, solid AC and very good Wi-Fi. A list of local restaurants with recommendations was useful. We especially liked Hostaria Costanza, a restaurant set in the ancient remains of the Pompey theater.

Easy check-in, clean roomy apartment. Two mini-split AC units that worked well. Clean functional kitchen with espresso machine. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Fast wi-fi (tested at 400mbit). I'd happily return.

The Apartment is huge and has everything you could possibly want (apart from a toaster) The area was so central it did not take long to walk anywhere Sadly walking anywhere became a problem as I had a fall on the first morning resulting in us having to come home after only 2 nights

They are very communicative and very accomodating. The place is HUGE and clean. Everything is seriously walkable. we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and appreciate how close we were to restaurants and even to Pantheon. Only thing we learned while there was, whenever we call for a Taxi, they keep missing us or they dont go directly infront of the hotel, so we had to call a new ones or we have to walk to bigger space for a pick up. But other than that, wifi is a little bit slow or keeps going in and out, but everything else is AMAZING. will definitely recommend to others.

We stayed at this lovely apartment at the end of October 2025 and really appreciated the central location. We didn’t have to use trains or buses. We were able to walk everywhere. But what really stood out was how clean and roomy the apartment was. Appreciated the washer as well! The staff was very friendly and easy to work with which was great as it was our first time in Rome. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes at night, you could hear somebody come in the building but it quieted down early. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The place is in the perfect location within walking distance to every major monument. The street is quiet but 30 seconds away from restos and bars. A safe area for female travellers! It was very spacious and felt like our own little home.

Great big apartment with comfortable space for family of four with grown kids. AC works great. There is a stair with about 10 steps up to the first apartment for those may have issue climbing with your luggages. Lots of restaurants near by with inexpensive options. Checkin is with Stow Your Bag company just in case you arrived before your checkin time. Easy 1 minute walk from there to apartment. Taxi stand is a few minutes a way if you elect not to walk like us (it was 95deg when we were there). We would recommend to friends and family.
